Going to check this out, but as someone who has almost 9 years in recovery from substance use, I think I already knocked out the toughest lesson I needed to overcome in this life. I feel as if I didn't get to be this old in my last life. That's just what my heart says, now let's see what I learn here ❤

I too am struggling like so many of you but mine is with the loss of my soulmate and I’m 100% lost and broken without him. Ive always felt that i didnt belong. Anywhere. I want to go home, but the closer I get I know my dog needs me. I have 4 living children that we don't even know each other anymore. I'm divorced and all I have is my dog. My grandchildren don't know me, I don't belong here. Even as a child.

I haven't had what most people call home since I was 15 years old...I was the youngest and my parents separated. My older siblings were married and having their own children. My Mom spiraled into a depression and went to another town to stay with my aunt for a while but came home on weekends,to leave money on the counter. My Dad ran off with his new girl who was 19 years old and they lived in another town. I was abandoned alone to fend for myself all week. No transportation, no money, except the lunch money my mom left, nobody to make meals, nobody to call if I needed anything, my cousins didn't come around, aunts and uncles, friends of the family, nobody came to the meeting place anymore. When they broke up, it was like the whole family divorced eachother. Where there had been a full house of love, laughter, and safety, my 15 years on the planet, it just stopped. And I was home alone , embarrassed and ashamed that nobody cared enough or loved me enough to stay with me or make sure I needed anything. I couldn't talk to friends about it, they didn't like the sad stuff, so at 15, I started to stay at other friends houses, to have some sense of family. My Parents never gave me child support money, I quit school at 18, just gave up. I have always been looking for that what I had growing up until 15 in the 90's. But I know my real family is somewhere, they family that never left, the family that have always been there, I feel them. I long for them so much even now. I have hope I will see them soon, thank you.

I found my grandparents. The ones that I lost as a child. Figure are my spirit family. I found my soulmate who was not on this Earth with me right now. We missed each other. Thank you for the gift it is beyond words. My heart has been filled.

When she said that I could start to feel things around me as different I felt that the warm of my blanket were my children’s I could feel their body’s gripping on my legs and then I felt plenty of familiar poeple looking at me in a room, a girl with long hair close to my face and I imagined the place, I think at some point it was my death and I was a grandma, all my family was saying goodbye to me as my breath faded away I must have been really old I’m commenting this so I can read it later maybe it could help me remember other things

I went directly to the top of Himalaya mountains. I was all alone there. I love that feeling and finally I just found Jesus 😇 and he send me back to another world it was like Egypt. And I found a prayer place and a sword written with 1765. I don't understand what's that mean. Finally I'm back through the ocean. This feeling is just magical. Thank you Sarah ♥️😇god bless you. I tried this last night. Ive been hypnotized before. So i know it works. And in my past life i remembered being a man in a park at stalingrad before the nazis bombed the place. When the bombings started my wife and son where killed. My name was Aleksandr. I cried real tears over the loss of my family. Are you a baby boomer? So many of us died in WW2 😢 I was a woman working in the French Resistance & was killed by a German whom I met again in this lifetime 😮 when he was stationed near Frankfurt during Vietnam he had a deja visit experience there. In a past life regression I was murdered by him when our Egyptian temple dedicated to Anubis was overrun by marauders. We are doomed to repeat our past if we don’t learn from our patterns ❤

So I listened to this last night as I’ve been really struggling lately with going through a horrible separation. I have a pink quartz crystal and decided to use this whilst listening (never used it before to be honest, but I thought, why not?). I held the crystal in my hand over my chest. I was sort of drifting off to sleep in and out of consciousness but oh my God… I don’t remember seeing anything, but whilst half awake I felt this tingling sensation that started at my feet then all of a sudden rush up to the top of my head then to the centre of my chest, where I had my hands over the crystal. Then it happened a second time! I can’t explain it as nothing like that has happened before! I’m very skeptical of these kinds of things but lately I’ve been desperately trying to feel better and I must admit, today hasn’t been so bad!

Well, try Vipassana meditation and you will realise that those tingling sensations were nothing but the energy that you actually have and can feel all the 24 hours if you are alert and present in the moment. It has nothing to do with your rose quartz or any other crystal.

It was beautiful. Midway i was sleeping but then i was halfwake. N i found another world. I entered a jungle with long trees and then a valley and a differrnt sky. Light water falling off the sky into a clear green body of water. And a pond. And my twin soul and a home. A lounge with a fountain and a green pool in the center. And my soul family who were happy to meet me. Dont know how much it was real and how much illusion. But it was so beautful. PS i also talked to my twin soul and asked some real questions.

OMG : It took me on an amazing and incredible journey to where I wanted to go to my deepest love my soulmate where my heart and soul is, to the home, exactly where it was, it’s appearance, a big home, part of two wide brown panel cladding, the landscape surrounding the home, a river, trees along the front, beautiful green grass on one side of the home. A lot of trees. Looking up the sky, dark black purple colour and lots of stars, it came clear then the clarity, three same very small photos on a slight angle one under the other, to my left of my exact soulmate wearing glasses, it was the same photo that I saw when I first saw his face divine fated destiny led me to him and now took me to his home, my deepest love. I saw the Main Street flooded and a couple of cars. A small Island on its own lots of trees on it, I then saw a few small island’s in the distant surrounded by a lot of water. then a lot of wide open spaces of dry land with trees. Then a massive lot of fall coloured trees and mountains . On my journey i felt I was home I felt harmony, bliss, peace and calmness

Falling asleep may just mean you needed to sleep. And remember it can take time to attune to get the most out of hypnosis sessions. I truly believe each of us has a home where we belong. I had asked a month ago on a different post but accidentally deleted my entire google account so I didn’t have the opportunity to see the response.. Can I do these types of meditations as I go to bed? I often fall asleep during meditations is that at all an issue? There are so many meditations you offer that I end up holding off on as my routine is to do one as I go to bed and am not sure if that aligns?

Yes, absolutely, especially where it says sleep. I have mentioned this many times both in answers and in intros to my work. There occasionally may be sessions where I recommend staying awake. Hello Sarah! I love your videos; but I ended up with a very disturbing dream after falling asleep to this one. Perhaps it wasn’t intended to be used as a sleep meditation like others are? Or my soul has been through some really horrific things that the dream state was trying to sort out for me! Any insights you may have would be helpful, thank you! ☺️

It can be to do with either. 1) our state of mind when listening to the meditation or 2) some kind of catharsis of emotions taking place are the two main reasons this happens. As this is very much focused on love, there can be a purging of memories or feelings of being unloved that are released from the subconscious. This can happen when going through other changes, for example, listening to my session on confidence or another on self-esteem can then allow the subconscious to release feelings of unworthiness. Think of this as if we had an infected emotional wound and all the emotional gangrene now has a way out as it's been opened up. It will release and subside, absolutely. It's up to you but you may want to listen but remain sitting up so you cannot fall asleep (which is the intention to remain in trance but not sleep with this one). I hope this helps, Sarah

I played this and fell asleep, I don't know whether I was dreaming or really transgressed to another reality, all I know is that when I woke up, I was so exhausted and not at all ready for the day. It felt asif all my energy was drained from my body.

I thought this was all BS till a freind of mine was put under along with 3 others in front of me.He swears he wasn't playing along and can't really remember exactly how he was put under.I have tried this hundreds of times never able to even come close.I Even tried using psychedelics and heavy sedatives with no results.But under DMT it took me to places not of this world or the world after.Suggest everyone experiences it once in life it changes your entire out look

You may not have success the first or even second time. The ability to regress is not affected by a need to heal first. In some cases, healing may be brought about by visiting a past life. If you are new to meditation, let go of expectations and see what shows up. And use all your senses; don't just rely on the visual. Hope this helps, Sarah

All this does is cause our weird imagination bring out random pictures. Actually i had to force myself to get anything so I assume I honestly made it all up myself. It was not a vision or actual view of my past life. Saw a sky with a moon and a moment before a head of a tiger that was roaring. Lmao. I kinda have my doubts if anyone actually was able to benefit from it. I bet all you people saw during this session was randomness made up by your brains because you desperately wanted something. Am I wrong here?
