Been in such a dark place mentally the last 2 or so months , and I can honestly say there really is light at the end of the tunnel, I thank that meditation has brought me here, and has made me want to improve myself even more. I may not know much about Sikhi even though it’s the religion I’ve been raised into, I can slowly see the love I have for it and am slowly by each day becoming a better person spiritually and mentally. I thank this channel for making me try and understand the endless thoughts I’ve been having and how to challenge them. I also like to thank the dark place I have been in, as if it weren’t for the dark place, I wouldn’t be on this path of healing and self love. (I still randomly throughout the day chant the verses, guess it just shows how much I connect with it). I pray everyone in the same situation as me the best of luck and self love for yourself! Waheguru🙏🏽

I’m struggling in life now, I’ve always felt blessed & on many occasions whether I’m in a Gurudwara or in the presence of my loved ones . The best analogy would be that for the first 50 years of my life I was seated in the best seats of life. Beauty , joy , happiness , laughter had the blessings of great food & material needs. Now I’ve been shifted to a different position. Only see darkness, pain & suffering despite having everything I had . But my mind can’t be happy despite all that I have. I don’t seem able to grasp the peace I always had . I’m so attached to my suffering & can’t seem to let go . Please Waheguru enlighten this ignorant Sikh . Bless me 🙏🏼

@@GreenteadhritiI’ve recovered since June 1st. I believe it was depression but God saved me. I’m working out regularly, working well & never rest. I was meant to be physically active but after my eye surgery I was advised to rest as much as possible. No exercise or reading. That contributed to the depression.

I felt like I was levitating while meditating to this, and after I finished I felt a extremely good feeling in my head, felt incredibly calm, happy, at peace, its an undescribable feeling.
