This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RU-vid channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 464 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

When I was a kid, all I wanted was to have a career that pays well so I can buy whatever I want but now that I’m grown up and went through tons of setbacks from losing tons of people in my life, getting lost in the world with full of life traps, being ridiculed for pursuing my dreams, and so on, I can say that long-lasting happiness can’t be bought or earned because it comes from within us. Continue to grow as a person and I’m so glad that you’re part of this journey! I’m hoping to upload my next one this month, which is about 2 hr long. I’ve been working hard for many months now to present it in the best way I can. I hope that you’ll enjoy it! Thanks so much again for your support! ❤️

Lots of grinding and dirty work that have been happening behind the scenes to finally upload my next one this month, which is more than an hr long and tackles one of the most common but subtle problems in our society that people might be able to solve if they fully grasp the message I’m trying to portray. Trust me, even when it’s slow, that doesn’t mean that I haven’t been moving forward. Speed is not the greatest determinant of progress and no matter how exhausting it is at times to create videos, I do enjoy the process and this gives me a meaningful existence. I hope that you’ll get value from it.

Oh my god, this brings tears to my eyes. I've never experienced so much peace. It's almost like what death would feel when first listening to this. Amazing brain and heart coherence, and I'm telling you, I felt like I was going through a dark tunnel, but I had no fear, came out on the other side, and it's like I saw little Bitty. I saw furniture in a dark living room, but I knew that I was in the house that I wanted to own. Oh my god, I love me some Joe depenza. He is beyond this beautiful existence. I never understood how I manifested things growing up. Now I do. I ask God how did I manifested things in my youth and he sent me this Video to explain. 🙏🙌

For the love of the universe. .. I did feel something really strange too. I didn't know if I should be scared of the feeling but I welcomed it. It might sound weird but my hands felt very heavy like I was holding the whole universe in my hands. But I also got startled every time I could hear the voice because there is so much space in between 😂 I did it lying down on the floor as it is a hard surface and I guarantee I will not fall asleep because it's very uncomfortable. I also imagined that I connected my energy to all the people meditating in this moment. I sound like a person getting out of the mad house 😂 Thank you for this❤

There's very little guiding in this guided meditation. More of a "do it yourself" meditation, with about 95% relaxing music and 5% guidance. If you like this sort of thing, this is great for you, very peaceful. As someone with an overactive brain I struggled to stay present without a voice to anchor back to, or more detailed guidance.

Why doesn't it tell us what color and emotion goes with each chakra? I know the colors but some might not. But idk what positive emotion goes with each. It needs more description. And how long do we stay with each chakra. Should tell us when to move focus

Red = root chakra / orange = lower ab / Yellow amber = ab chakra / Electric green = heart chakra / Blue = throat chakra / Purple = pineal chakra / pink = cranial chakra / white = upper focus chakra. Don't forget about the white region! Without it, the rest can grow weak. Blessings. . Salome'.

If theres a commercial during the meditation I've heard that if you fast forward through the video but stop before you get to the end and the options for the next videos come up rewind it and start over. Since you went through the video once already its supposed to allow you to watch the video without interruptions.

Cool, or just get an ad blocker. Enhancer For RU-vid has been an awesome free browser add-on that includes an ad blocker. I haven't figured this out when using the YT app by phone though. But works great for the puter. I don't mind the ads because I know that's the trade-off for free awesome content. But live music shows and meditations should be off limits. Period. Never interrupt a healing flow with ads. It's not ever going to be a cool thing to do with the audience that knows.

It's wonderful done with just the right amount of guidance in it. Some meditations are all words while this one is the perfect balance. I also like the musik you chose - is there a way to get just the music alone also? I would love to play just the music sometime.

Its so unfortunate that this is one of the most powerful meditations, and it has commercials. I actually have to give it a thumbs down. Imagine stepping into your future self only to be disrupted by an ad. I grew angry after this which is counter productive. It would be nice to have an ad free version.

Everything can be free… people make RU-vid videos and post it FOR FREE and in return THEY CAN MAKE MONEY WITH ALL OF US SUBSCRIBERS AND LIKE HIS VIDEOS…… So yes things can be free and at same time profitable for those are producing themselves in RU-vid…. the ADDs are additional $$$ RU-vid is getting from publicity… It’s inappropriate put Adds on a MEDITATION VIDEO OR SPIRITUAL CONTENT

There are so many adverts throughout this meditation. This used to be my favourite meditation to use. How are you supposed to meditate and think of positive emotions when you have an advert every 2 minutes!
