My sweet little girl, said she's worried about me. She said I don't love myself enough and need to dance and play more. She also told me that she's lonely, that she knows she's here to hold and shine her light but that people around her pull away from it. I asked her what she does when they pull away and she told me she hides....hides her light, because she so desperately wants to connect with others around her but she can't with that light. But even when she hides the light she can't really connect, because everyone around her feels that she's different, weird, she said. She told me not to hide, that I can shine and still connect, because I'm an adult so I can do whatever I want. How sweet is that perspective. God I love this little soul so much 💜 Thank you for this beautiful meditation, Jess. Sending you so much love and light!

Thank you for sharing this wonderful experience and please tell her that it is a crime to herself to dim her light, she is here to express it, to feel, to be herself and maybe she is not comfortable around those people for a reason. I felt like that a lot as a kid until i found creativity and a friend who just laugh in a kind way when im myself. Embrace yourselfs❤️

I did not expect the reaction I had from this meditation. I sobbed. I've always been a fearful person but couldn't understand why. My sweet little inner child told me why and it made perfect sense. I woke up yesterday with a song in my head called "Photographs". Now I know why. My sweet little girl appeared wearing the dress in her 1st grade photo. She didn't want to hug me, but agreed to hold my hand, even though she said her hands were dirty. I said it's ok, my hands are dirty too. Towards the end of our talk, she silently laid her head on my arm showing that she trusted me. I will use this meditation to go through my photos of each grade and remember how I felt then and work to overcome the trauma. Thank you Jess for this wonderful healing gift. ❤

I can't stop laughing. Keep in mind I had a simple childhood with many downs. But My inner child was the most energetic imaginative, joyful, and downright wild. After climbing a tree with me, he wanted me to ride on the clouds and told me his dreams such as I want to be an astronaut, a pilot, a truck driver and then took me for a plane ride followed by sky diving and when going down we went through the blackness of the earth underground coming out to the sky again. He also met my wife and said that I'm loved and then proceeded to take me on another imaginary journey. But the best part was that in the end when I asked him "so do you have any message you want to give me?" He replied with a big raspberry with his tongue made a funny face and went off laughing and waving goodbye. I couldn't stop laughing the whole time. Tears of pure joy. This was an amazing experience and I thankyou greatly.

the way my little self just opened up to me and i reassured her about everything she was feeling. I saw her start to smile and feel strong and powerful. I taught her to say No! I taught her that it's okay if people don't like you, "I like you". I also taught her if people are staring that means "you're doing something right". I taught her if she likes something then that's all that matters. She just gave me a huge hug and I told her that she was soooo cool!

I wish i could express my deepest gratitude to you. I've always been aware of my childhood but always told myself my parents loved me and it never affected me.. until today. My inner child came to me, i held her and cried so hard during this. Both my parents brought 'new ' family into both of my homes. One step brother abused me sexually , put deep fear into being alone with him. The other step brother in my moms home had made rumors about me in grade 6 . I won't go into detail, but it severely affected me and humiliated me. I never understood why. I held my inner childs anger towards her parents, not protecting her, for not feeling safe, feeling violated. I had no idea this was so deeply buried in me. I love my parents, but today, i released a lot of anger towards them. Thank you ♡ i know I'll be working more on this. Such a gift you've given me.

Damn I've never felt a meditation quite as strong as this one I felt every emotion that my lil self showed as soon as I saw him he got emotional I suddenly felt my throat getting tighter and my heart sank. I still feel my throat being tight. That was a really good meditation it didn't even feel like 32+ minutes

My sweet little girl said she never felt like enough , mom and dad were always working and she spent most of her time alone even with 10 other siblings(at least 7 in the same house w/me) I was hyper sexual at a young age but that was because I was exposed to it on accident at the age of 9 , but that was never really who I was. I saw that part of me that played with dolls as I was the teacher anytime I actually did play with my sisters. And it’s funny how I connected that with becoming a child care teacher for 10 years of my adult life being an infant teacher , toddler & preschool aged. I hugged her , told her I respect her feelings , I hear you I see you and I love you. And felt the connection wire in my brain that made me smile during meditation. I felt the healing white energy from my archangels. It was a beautiful micro-dosing experience. ❤

Such a powerful meditation, i cried a lot, my inner child told me that she is not good enough and she is not a confident person but the moment i holded her hands she was quite comfortable. She was scared even to ride a bicycle but she asked me can we go for a ride in harley davidson. We rode it upto a mountain top and screamed at the top of our voice. Felt soooo good. Thank you soo much for sharing this.

Began to cry almost immediately as she sat beside me and I looked into her eyes. She was being seen. She told me she felt ignored and not wanted. Later she told me she was afraid. She asked me to play with her. We spent what felt like hours playing together. She asked me not to forget her. This was so incredible thank you a much.

That was powerful. My inner child felt abandoned and unloved throughout my school years. I was often left out, abandoned, not seen, not heard which made me feel unloved and alone. Which attracted people later on who weren't capable of loving me, rejected me, abandoned me or abused me in one way or another because I didn't feel I was worthy of love. This my first time commenting on a post, but wow is all I can say this is so powerful, this was an amazing experience, at the end younger me turned too me and said I have too go now I asked why she said because I don’t need too protect you anymore you protect us now….. and told said I love you
