This visualization technique exercises our innate faculty of imagination, developing conscious control of our imagination. Usually, lower aspects of our psyche (ego) unconsciously controls our imagination (clairvoyance), but with this meditation, we gradually learn to take conscious control of our inner vision, thus learning to becoming more conscious of our inner vision, as well as being able to see and choose how and what we use our imagination for. Doing this exercise daily will increase the chances of astral projection and recalling past lives. The suggested links in the description are highly recommended for deeper understanding and study.

Thanks Gene, I can really feel an (what we used to say when I was a Christian) “anointing” on these recent videos put out. An external work that are the result of internal forces in the inner realms at this time. Keep up the good work as I think many of us were sent here to deliver a spiritual message one last time before the coming dark age of technology and scientism descend on the world. But this will pass, and the seeds we are planting grow in the spring of the world to come.

This was incredibly good. I’ve struggled with finishing inner stillness but this was pure stillness for a solid 20 mins

I almost cried when you told me my plant died then it was over. WoW. I have abuse in my past i had to block out to keep alive so it hurt my ability to imagine never formed. I have fought with this for decades. Yet I have to say I couldnt fully see the plant but at least I felt something for the plant that came from my seed I did see. Thats remarkable. Thank You.

I felt a lot of emotion after the rose withered and fell back to the dirt. I became all teary eyed but it was a peaceful, sad, yet joyful feeling. Not sure how to describe it but it was quite something.

i am currently the rose, shedding it’s leaves and it’s entire form. upon my rose dying, the last thing that rolled out of the flower itself was another tiny seed for me to plant, i guess signifying that i can always start anew.

Thank you so much for this meditation practice, i am able to stand in complete stillness even though my mind tries to draft me out of it. I become aware of its nature and let it all unfold as it should. I was able to visualize the energy of the rose it appeared in a vivid white light i could sense what the bud felt like, it felt soft and light. But as i kept going on after the video ended i noticed visuals, mandalas, an eye watching me with some little flames spiraling around it, and noticed an energy of formelessness that appeared to be my own. I felt a tunnel and tingling in my ears as i seemed to be dragged out of my body but i was met with fear and some things that still need to be adressed within me that are unresolved, a certain defensiveness. What do you think about it ? Does anyone have an idea of what happened ? I think that i know what happened, but i would like an external point of view. Best regards, much love.

I alwaysssss confusee this with being delusional, sometimes I think is it really worth it ,coz no matter how many times I surrender, I stumble upon the same path , and never getting better,only just degrading

Try doing a bit of gentle exercise and stretching.Pranic Healing starts with eye exercises ++. Hope it helps .

Good morning. I am going to expand my healing practice. Does Clairvoyance aide in Reiki? Or is Reiki in itself a complete circuit? Namaste.

Both can be true. Reiki is complete within itself. As a healer, you merely offer a frequency of wholeness / perfection. No insides into the situation needed. On the other hand if you get insides and know how to handel them, it may enhance focuse and accelerate the process

I really cannot see anything..I have asked a few people close to me, and they tell me they can actually see images on the back of thier eyelids, for me its just...black/brown with lots of small white dots, like sand. I really want to be able to do these type of exercises, but I just dont know how. Makes me a bit sad..

tip i cam give stress blocked mine smoking and drinking block mine i use to see but cant any more just take ur time and relax
