Hey Michael here I am 6 years after I did this hypnosis to myself (at the time I wasn’t sure if it really worked) anyway at that time I was I deep pain and in a dark place living in my home country Albania. During the hypnosis I saw myself (not the face) in a white summer dress at the airport looking classy and chic and I meet a man. 2 year after I meet my husband at an airport and now I live in Florida… just wanted to share 💕

So I stopped 18 minutes into this video and woke up. I was physically crying. I saw my future self and I asked so many questions and got answers that I really needed♥️ it’s weird because I couldn’t see my face but I felt the energy and I knew it was mine. She told me to never loose hope and to stay strong♥️

When I finally saw myself I started to cry. Like actually physically cry. I looked so happy. I was smiling at my self. And I told my self the following, "thank you, for all you have gone through because it has lead me to where I am now. I am so happy." As cheesy as this may sound, this was the most encouraging thing I have heard in months. I honestly feel hope for the first time in a very long time.

I saw myself in the year 2027 in a operation theater of a goverment medical college as a third year mbbs student learning a surgery related to alimentary canal ,the place was quite,silence ,with tiled floor,i wasnt earning at that time, i was wearing blue colour apron,pant of cotton and a nice well polished shoesand was wearing white gloves , i was very calm and silent , then my future self said me to stay away from distractions and attractions, and to blindly study,, my future is like what i always desired for.

I met her like a friend visiting from abroad. She is more disciplined and very blunt than ever. She told me to let go of the home clutter. She is a hardcore minimalist. She is wearing an oversized business coat with a white blouse and high waist pants. Still wearing neutrals/ brown overalls. Still likes gold. She is a badass at managing and taking care of herself. She is managing many businesses. I saw a ring on her finger, said it's a secret. She is very chatty as well. She says that her best friend just gave birth to a beautiful child. She is a badass boss. Thank you for this meditation.

The first time I listened to this, nothing really happened to me. The second time, I listened to this while going to sleep. I had a dream that night and I saw myself. I was married to this man and I was madly in love. Then it went off into some really weird dream. Ever since I've listened to this meditation, along with a few other ones, I've been having dreams almost every night and it's crazy to me because I very rarely have dreams. I'm really happy I'm starting to have dreams again. It gives me something to look foward to when I go to sleep. Thank you ♡

I saw my future self on a train 10 years from now, much better dressed than my present self, as I saw this, I heard this noise from outside my window, akin to the sound a train makes when its leaving the station....I felt this immense sense of oneness and that there is a pathway to where I wanna go

So, I’ve just finished this and oh my god. As soon as I saw my future self I started crying happy tears and felt extreme excitement and overwhelming happiness. I remember seeing myself wearing a light blue jumper and grey track pants. It felt so welcoming, calm and beautiful. My future self was telling me that I was gonna go through something really bad and possibly traumatic. He said that I was gonna be in a very controlling relationship. I asked how my future self is now and they said they’re ok and happy with someone much better with a happier life. Thank you so much, I felt so drawn to this video and I just had to listen to it

I Just Woke up after listening to this and I can say this was amazing! As soon as I was close to meet my "self" I started to become overwhelmed with Emotion, I cried of Happiness, I felt so much Love and Joy, we hugged each other, I could not see my whole life (like where I was living) but I saw myself wearing a Blue Sweater and Jeans, a lot more confident, happy and living her dream life! Also when she walked over to me I could feel someone else behind her (a partner) they had a pony tail...I could not see their face just a silhouette but it makes me EXCITED! I kept seeing that by the year 2022 (222), Im already financially independent I moved out, and I already met the love of my life. She said "You'll be fine, WE MADE IT!" I couldnt be HAPPIER! this is the best meditation i've ever done (without falling asleep)

I was in new Zealand overlooking the ocean on top of beautiful mountains in spring time. From the sunlight I saw myself at 24 years old emerge. I was wearing a white half sleeve t-shirt and white pants and white shoes. My hair was golden Ash and my skin was fair. I had a soft natural smile and my face was slim, almost as a princess's. I was wearing a small silver necklace with the word hope on it. I greeted myself with a warm hug and we sat on the grass holding onto each other's hand. The atmosphere was as soft as a pillow and smelled of pure sweetness. I told myself I had so many questions and I nodded in agreement. I examined my future self's mannerisms and was overly content. My future self's mind was a soft river of flowers flowing so freely. I asked my future self's how I felt at 24 and I said free with two tears of joy I asked when I was going to start to be happy and the date I got was may 24th 2020. My future self's said I am the result of you following your dreams, only live up to your own expectations because that's all that matters and never forget to have hope. A small baby girl appeared in my future selfs arms. She had beautiful golden hair and forest green eyes that shonr like emeralds. Her name was Aurora and she was my whole world. She was the foundation of my happiness. I cried with joy and kissed the sweet babies forehead. I bid myself farewell and said I love you to the sweet baby princess. My future self's walked off into the sunset disappearing overall.

On January 1, 2016 I played this guided meditation, I had saw myself with all my goals for 2016 accomplished, by the last day in August of this year I had accomplished my goals, I give a lot of credit to this guided meditation for being able to accomplish my goals. They were very big goals and when I had set these goals, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to even complete them, or even reach them. ❤ I did it! On January 1, 2017 I will sit down once more and set my goals to this meditation.

I saw myself. Just myself, nothing else around. No specific situation happening. It was just me, looking most beautiful as ever, though wearing normal clothes and no makeup. I looked so happy. With a constant smile in my face. Clear skin, bright eyes. I was radiating light from within, so bright, so warm. With so much hope and calm at the same time. I knew everything was going to be alright. She grabbed my shoulders and shaked me while saying ''keep dancing, just keep dancing'' (I just started ballet classes). I should take care of my body and my health, don't be lazy. Don't worry about anything. She told me I was going to fall in love, with the right one. She didn't say who, didn't show a face. Probably I don't know him yet, but I will. And I will know it's him. She didn't say a thing about a job. But she showed me Germany (I'm from Spain). I'll be there. I need to smile more, show more love, to radiate warmth and happiness. To be light. To hug my loved ones and care about them. I will be loved too. And everything will be alright. I just need to keep dancing.

A relief to be sure. After the economy collapsed, I did not have to pay taxes anymore. The economy was relocalized after the collapse, and life continued on. The kids turned out fine, and although I lived in poverty the stress and the rat race of modern life had finally passed on. I am preparing to move on as an older person nearer to death, becoming peace, and coming to terms with carrying on. Great video !

This is phenomenal. Like other commenters this also brought me to tears - on three separate occasions. The best I can explain is that it is like meeting my deceased dad. He and I had a very close relationship. This has become my single favorite meditation.

Wow I did this yesterday except on Apple Music. I downloaded it and decided to give it another go. I had tried it before without any luck. Yesterday, tho, it worked. I couldn’t entirely see myself (I must need to work on my visualization), but I could tell I was slimmer, still with blonde hair and I was wearing a white t-shirt tucked into light blue jeans with black boots and a belt. I was amazed at my confidence and how bubbly I had become. I imagined a train station, and when My future self got off the train she ran to me and hugged me exclaiming “hello!”. I was immediately shocked. I said to her “omg you look amazing!” And she said “I know. Right?!”. She had the whole worlds confidence in her, and that is so amazing to me because I have such low self esteem right now. I asked her a few questions. Apparently I’m going to be quite the famous author (I’m a writer) and an actress. I was so happy to hear that. I asked her did I get my three sons I always wanted, and she said “yes!” And she put her hand on her heart and said “they’re so adorable and they look up to you so much”. Then I laughed jokingly and said “did I ever meet (such an actor)” and she said “duh! You are powerful enough to do that, you know?!”. And I said “did I ever act with (such an actor) and she said “yup. He was sooo into me but I didn’t go there - he’s married”. I was like “that’s mah girl 😭😭”. I asked where I got married, she said America. She told me I was going to be “a star” and “everyone loves you, you might have a few haters but they don’t know the real you”. I’m amazed. Need to start working towards this version of myself! Excited to see it unfold! 😍😍

my future self is an older version of myself. I was in my 30s, instead of an airport, I saw myself giving birth to a daughter. she brought out the best in me. I had a beautiful home and car, some dogs and a cat. I saw myself having a job as a therapist, and when I wasn't working I was volunteering in my child's school and being very involved. I was very stylish, funny, outgoing, and had many friends. people trusted my future self and really liked me. I was single but also happy. I knew I didn't need a man to fulfill me.

I saw myself walking through what looked like an office with many work stations and people were seated and I was in a leadership position. I was walking and explaining things to them and smiling. I look so happy and everyone looked and listened with so much love for me. I am glowing and kind ang beautiful. I really didnt know something like this was possible through meditation. I wish I could remember more details.

At the beginning, I had placed myself seemed to be in France. Once it was time to meet my future self, she came out smiling and glowing with long brown curly hair and a soft loose white dress that touched the floor. It seemed that she had added more tattoos onto her self. We cried and were excited to talk, learned my sense of humor just gets better. She advised me that everything will come, my addictions will end, my knowledge will expand, love will soon find me and peace was her biggest accomplishment. Her most important note for some reason was informing me that I am doing everything exactly how it should be and everything will just pan itself out.

I feel blessed I am fluent in English and able to concentrate as it allows me to watch your videos. You are a gift. I have been watching both of your videos since I was 18, I am 25 now and have grown so much and improved my quality of life. I always used your guidance as a meditation to find myself. I cannot thank you enough. By the way at one point towards the end I lost it, i visualised being in a transparent spaceship next to earth with my higher self just staring at the earth and we dropped together on earth and landed in a dark quiet but safe place, where my higher self kept challenging me to say I need to do what I know needs to be done now in order to become them, myself. And she kept challenging me and challenging me till I shouted loud and passionate i am going to do whatever it takes and suddenly I became bigger like a giant and my higher self started laughing, smiled at me and said "I know you will. I wish you saw it sometimes that you already do as much as you possibly can. I'd never been who I am now if it wasn't for you. You are enough, just keep being you and dont be so harsh on yourself."

I was in a mountain cliff, 'twas foggy , I couldn't see anything except a wooden cabin and green grass but then I saw a figure. A female figure, wearing a white suite coming towards me walking like the world belongs to her , that confidence in her every step shows it all. It was me . There was a black car parked behind her on the road . Her hair properly combed back neatly that calming kinda confidence in her eyes . Through out this whole meditation thing I only heard 2 sentences. 1) Be honest with yourself and with everyone and the world will be yours if you want. 2) Your will power must be stronger than others opinions.

This meditation, God, what was that? These days I was going through a difficult time, bad thoughts and not recognizing myself as if all my dreams had disappeared But there was my future self, waiting for me to sail to the sand of the beach with the biggest smile on my face, beautiful, doll..happy and when I saw her I started to cry physically the tears came down from my eyes but I refused to pause the meditation and open I asked you questions and she answered them all, live a good life, I remember seeing 3 small children too and hearing their noises on the beach...maybe who knows Dear future me, I’ll be you and I won’t give up, I promise Thank you for this work of art

I saw myself wearing a white dress and black shoes and im with a handsome man who is my husband and with two kids who is a girl and a boy and me and my partner definitely enjoy time together and my family travels and after some time I became a model and was very famous because I just did something that make me famous and act in some dramas and it was really happy and my future self told me to congrats I'm so proud of you and ayaw jud padala sa mga tao ug naapud koy ma-experience nga lisod sa trabaho pero Wako nigive up nangita jud ko solusyon .

I ran into my future self, they had short hair, these nice white and blue headphones hanging around their neck, smiling while being ever so silent, although she didn't say much, I knew she was in love with a foreigner someone from Asia. I wore a nice jacket black and white jacket with cargo pants (haha at least over time I know not to wear sweatpants everyday.) she got applied to her first day as a artist for a manga company, while also pursuing my goal in languages. I'm even paler though and it looks like I worked at a café for some time. But she still looked troubled by the illnesses i have... Well, it was a beautiful time while it lasted I could tell she enjoyed it as well, even though we didn't talk much.

I am a huge fan of hypnotherapy and listening to these fellas is the same as going to a top hypnotherapist. The 6 main fears holding us back are a) loss of love b) criticism c) poverty d) old age e) death f) ill health. I am a very positive person but am aware that negativity within my subconscious is holding me back. This hypnotherapy enables me to reprogram my mind at the subconscious level and i now feel great. I know that we are all capable of amazing things but it is our minds that hold us back.

Yes, even though I've done this meditation years ago, I listened again and realised this was one I had to keep stopping because they were talking over each other; also they tell you to ask questions and they start talking again too soon when I'm still conversing with my Future self. Otherwise I really like Michael's videos and Jason's, just not sure this type of collaboration worked. Maybe if they spoke at different times, alternated the script, it might not feel so stressful.

My life is kind of related to the movie ''It's A Wonderful Life". I see myself as a film critic, director, writer and teacher. Some past broken relationships become fixed. The girl I met is a smart, open mind, a good listener and understanding. She never cared about what am I famous for. She stops my temper for giving me a tight hug and that time my temper was toned down. I also fully lost my ego and tantrums. I have kids of my own. I usually go abroad or be in the country but most of the time I stay abroad. My friends and their wives come every Friday and we maximum have a trip. I do some social work and I created an university (only for school dropouts with no HSDip). I have a feeling that my future self is way superior but wisest. What a meditation!

Powerful, thank you. I listened to this in such a state of sadness and despair and it made me face the two future me's. The me I would most likely be if I continued to live the same way and the me I could be if I chose to change. I woke up and chose to do what I needed to do to become the strong capable caring soon to be grandma, rather than the sad grieving lost mom of the son who chose to leave too soon.

I’m a successful journalist with a big RU-vid career! Future me was thankful to my present me for pushing so hard and never giving up! I’m 20 pounds lighter and wear stylish clothes! I drive Range Rover and I’m my own boss but still work hard. I have the man of my dreams and a tiny house with plans for buying bigger one. I’m very confident and the best at my work. RU-vid is a money source I don’t have to worry about. I live in the beautiful city I don’t know exactly where. I travel a lot for my work, but also I take vacation with my man. I’m so happy. Future me is me right now

I very vividly saw my future self. It felt as if it was perhaps 5 years into the future. I saw her (me) walking towards me on a grabble(?) road. She was dressed in a pretty 1940's dress and had a pretty vintage hairstyle and pearl earrings. She was bubbly and smiling a lot and wanted to show me around. Flowers came up as the question of work came up. So perhaps I work with flowers. I asked if everything is okay (if all the things going on in my life is okay in the future) and she gave me a warm smile, took my hand and nodded. After that my dog came and disturbed me.. but I'm very happy with what I saw and felt. Thank you for this! ❤

This just made me look at my life a hole different way.The first thing I saw was a rocket ship and me in a suit at the age of 33 and about to board it.Then I come back and I land on earth safely. There was cameras everywhere taking my pitcher. Then when my future self grabbed my hand I saw this man blond hair and blue eyes I asked if he was my husband, her answer was yes!! Then I saw my kids they were kind, funny and smart, I had 2 boys and 3 girls!! My husband was funny smart and kind! We had a dog named max. I looked so happy and full of positive vibes.Thank you so much!!

When I started this session I saw myself having two futures...in the first one I was a sage somewhere in the Himalayas but in the second one I was a full time performing musician and I had a beautiful wife and two children..they told me you can have one of these depends on the decision you take in the future

Michael Sealey As I've experienced this meditation, I saw my future self that I travelled in many countries where such words were popped up to my mind : vengeace, power, wealth and succes . Then I saw myself attending some prestigious forums or speech from known public figure in Hollywood, dancing with my bride where mostly precious romances were shown up there. Then I attached myself to the nature or natural resources. I'd visited some aboriginal dwellers somewhere in Cambodia or other places in which my pro advocacy is to increase the agroinfrastracture to whom they will take comprehensive care to their farms. I was recognised as the new version of myself that inclines to the list of achievers in humankind. Lastly, I was sitting in a nice black branded car with my future self wearing a sophisticated suit being congratulated by him. Thy will be done! Our ultimate creator has better plans for our future more than our own thoughts! I declare and decree to claim my calling.. 🙏☝️💪❤️🏡🦅💞😊👌

I met my future self, around 20's, she told me that her job was a fun art business, or something like that, her another smaller job was to help people spiritually. She had dyed pretty blue hair, had black ear-rings, and black/dark red glasses, she smiled at me and told me that if i'll feel the most powerful person, then i'll get away from all kinds of jerks :) She told me that me and my spirit guide will still bond together strongly and that i'll eventually meet my bf irl soon~ Thank you for wonderful meditation !

Amazing. I seen myself 2 years in the future in a beautiful office in NYC as a writer. My advice: Choose myself everyday. Also: Time management in work, home, hobby, relationships. My commitment to get to this version of my higher self: do my morning pages every morning from “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron which I started yesterday. I started to go to meet I was at the beach and just started crying. Sadly I could not see my future self only feel myself. The light was to bright had to close my eyes as my future self came towards me and just feel. My future self said I'm not allowed to see myself but said keep moving forward, not to be afraid. That she loved me a lot.( I just cried the whole time)i couldnt talk nor see just listen and feel. Thank you ( I couldn't finish the whole video I had to stop)

Years ago I did this meditation and I had such a vivid experience. I saw and felt the fabric of the dress I was wearing, and I felt what it was like to hug me (it was good). Then my future self smiled like she had the best news ever and she told me, You don't have to smoke any more. And I stopped smoking after trying to quit and giving up giving up for years and years. What a gift. Thank you Michael for your work.

I was in an airport and saw myself as a light body, a younger version of myself someone you would see after passing away. No words were spoken, we held hands and a sense of peace washed over me, a bubble of light surrounded us and there was chaos, fire and an earthquake going on outside of the bubble, yet I was at peace. I was shown even if the world is collapsing around me I am able to maintain the peace. I was also shown every version of myself in all parallel realities the peace I felt rippled through each reality and all versions received the peace and were awaken. I did not specify a timeframe for how far into the future but I am happy to see the outcome.

I had the craziest dream!, about my past life and a future life. It felt more like an experience rather than a dream though. I could feel all the emotions. It felt like the 1800s or something, I was going to be burned at the stake for loving the same guy I was dating for 14 years. He didn't speak in the dream. But was upset. The man who was going to burn me and as I was begging for him to save me from the witches he nodded. That's it and I was gone! I then was in the middle of an archway. Surrounding by beautiful vibrant flowers. I was wearing a crown and dressed in a gown. A gorgeous man also wearing a crown holding his hand out and saying he has been waiting for me, behind him was a Priest...it was our wedding and we got married ❤

This visualization gave me clarity on what I already knew deep down what I wanted. When meeting my future self in a setting similar to The Wizard of Oz (yes, I was even wearing red slippers), she told me encouraged me to answer the question of wanting to be an entrepreneur. I also removed to blocks of envy. I realized the emotion is from admiration and should see the ladies as mentors on my journey. Thank Jason and Michael this was the message I needed. 🙏🏽

My third eye is opend already and I've become very intuitive. I saw my self at 80 years old. I don't can't explaine what I saw becaues I saw a lot I saw basically my whole life... Just wow. I honestly was abou to watch new moon. Yeah I'm a twilight dork guys laugh all you want! But I imagined that medow were Bella saw her future self. Of cource mine was diffrent but it was like that! I saw who I was Marie's to my kids my job how I tracked everything. Wow. I saw the #s 444 before meditating and I looked it up and the meaning was that. The Angels were saying continue my path. So I felt lost in what that was and now. I know. Wow thank you and God and the Angels for this.

I saw me my partner and two children and a a dog sitting next to them in the Darwin airport wearing summery closed with no shoes on. The first step I had to take was to not let the inner critic get to me and to thank it and accept it and not push it away. Thank u for that in sight! Life is such a terrific journey

I loved this... done this meditation today afternoon...the clarity the signs, i was looking for i have received... saw my future self so vividly..i intend to know abt my work life..i asked and saw what i am doing, what is my approach, how i am doing and what sort of personality i reflect... how people around feel when i am present with them...very vividly i saw this... and also the best part was when i heard that ask your future self how she takes the trouble and how she deals with it...i received clear crisp answer... It was a wonderful experience....try it with an open mind and whenever your mind tend to think nothing is happening and all... focus back on breathing and enjoy the flow ... i was listening to almost half of it before falling asleep. so i claimed that i would do it today and realised that listening to it made me a bit wiser and open to my passion. i started making life decisions most comfortable for me. i'm typically a negative person, but i got back on track with my life with this video.

Ok, I am really not a spiritual guy, but my life has been depressing the last few years. about 2 weeks ago I started trying to meditate, it's been kind of a struggle against my thoughts and am able to acknowledge them better now. I have seen people mention they cried and I thought "ok, right, whatever" This particular attempt I actually cried when it was suggested that that person was me, and the tears did not actually stop until the "merging" part. it was incredibly powerful to me. Shortly after that though I got totally snapped out of it and was not able to finish this 'session' ( I will try again at a later date) If you had told me even 3 weeks ago that I would be experiencing this I would have asked you what you were smoking. thank you for this.

ritu singhal it's crazy the things that have been happening for me in the past few months. I have had several awakening experiences since. Each more profound then the previous. None of my colleagues seem to recognise me anymore. I find it difficult to talk to people about this because they just dont seem to understand. Im happy. Fully. My diet has changed everything has changed. For the better.

Hi, I took this meditation last night and Oh My God!!!! This was a amazing experience! I started my meditation at my home airport and was waiting for my future self to arrive, when I (he) did, I noticed that I was a delta airlines pilot, and after a few minutes we got to talking and I said what aircrafts are you flying these days? Airbus A390-900, I know planes, I have never heard of that one before, he said it replaces the A350-600, (google it if you wish) I said what year are you from? He said 2035! What?? I said yes 2035! He said, after a few minutes I remembered there is a hobby project that I wanted to get to work on so I said how is my robot Ai dragon companion project coming ? I thought you might ask that he said and grabbed a silver suitcase and opened it up, inside was the robot night fury I dreamed of making, also I saw a necklace on my future self and said what's that as he set it up, remember headphones? Yes I said, this is just a modified headset microphone that way she can here more clearly. I see I said, ( a little back story this robot is a white night fury made from a OC character I created a few years ago, just a few months ago I thought I would make her into a robot companion so that she could be real,) anyways I heard him boot it up and there was some beeps and then she sat up,

This is the first comment I have ever done on any youtube video, but I really felt like I had to say something to somebody that might get what I am saying. My experience started positive and exciting. I really felt like I would get some answers and go about the time between me and my future in a more confident and positive way. When I finally got close to my future self and considered my appearance and bearing, I realized that the best me appeared very much like I do now. The answers to my questions frankly depressed me to find out that me at my pinnacle is just me in a better situation that wasn't even brought about by personal effort beyond persevering past the bad times and simply not quitting. Sure, I become more physically fit and have a stable life, but in general seeing the best me was so underwhelming that I sank to the floor. I could see in my eyes that the only internal improvement was that I hated less things, but that came at the cost of passion for things I used to like. I become far more tolerable to friends when I am at my worst, but far less fun at my best. I become someone who is just there that could just as easily not be there and everyone's experience would not change. Still, I willingly accepted my future self into me, and this was calming, because I know that I will eventually have a better life and that voice will remind me that it will be alright if I hang in there. Still, I feel as though it is all pointless since my effort won't get me where I am going. A lot of the experience is fading from my memory now for some reason so I'll try to hurry and finish this thought. I realized that I'm really not as intelligent as I believed my whole life, which in some measure made me less tolerable when certain topics came up with others, but honestly that was probably the last aspect of myself that I held on to that made being me special. Admitting that in a public setting is probably one of the hardest things I've ever done and has reduced me to crying which I have not done in a very long time. I think I will end the comment here since it is probably too long for anyone to consider reading. Thanks for your time.

I don't think I was completely concentrated or what I saw was my future self or just my imaginations , but when I saw myself I cried for real . My future self was all smiling from the moment I saw her . She had long wavy hair whit a lit braid . She was happy really happy . We went to some where that some one was waiting for us . A man with blue shirt , taller than me and he was smiling too . I think he was my fiancé or something but they were ( me and him ) happy . I was crying all the time while Thayer watching me with bright smile . I ask here am I happy ? She told me you worked a lot , you deserve that . I looked so happy and so in love with my life and that guy . We hug and I cried more . Then I got distracted . My future self was young still in a different country ! I still can't believe it was future or imagination . But if it was real I was happy with my life and it feel good

I’m so late to this and is wasn’t able to finish to meditation but will definitely try to dinfish , but when I first came to realization that I was Seeing myself I cried with my eyes closed because she was beautiful and so sweet looking , she was at peace , she looked happy , atm I’m not anywhere near happy just a lousy attempt to be it but wow it was really moving because that’s what I want to be so I’m not sure if my mind is just making that up for myself or if that’s really some type of sign

Al inicio me veía en un bosque lleno de neblina, incluso sentía el frío en mi cuerpo. Durante la meditación me invadieron muchos pensamientos y no lograba visualizarme en el futuro. En una parte, apareció mi abuelito, quien falleció cuando yo era pequeña. Él era mi mejor amigo. A mis 27 años, aún sigo procesando su duelo, ya que todo este tiempo no le di espacio para sanar esa situación. Después de la meditación descubrí que mis próxima acción era procesar ese duelo junto a la ayuda de un profesional de la salud para poder conectar con mi niña interior. En esta meditación entendí que aveces es necesario procesar un evento del pasado para que esa niña pueda reencontrarse con el yo del futuro. Lo recomiendo para personas que no pudieron visualizar a su futuro, ya que de repente hay algo del pasado que no logró procesarse y está bloqueando esa entrada al futuro. Woooow! She was around 30 to 33. She looked just like me but with shorter hair, and she wasn’t as well-dressed as I usually am. She lived in London, where I used to live, and had a husband (quite handsome, by the way), a dog and two lovely kids. It’s funny because I have never wanted to have children. I was a little uncomfortable by it all, but she looked extremely happy so I think that’s a good sign :)

Her hair was done and she had these golden bracelets on. We sat down at the beach..it was golden hour so the sky was looking purplish orange. She started saying that I’m going to be ok and that she’s a singer. That’s when I got super emotional and started bawling and asked her: do you really??? As if in disbelief. She said yes, you’ll have everything you deserve and you’ll be taking care of your family. You are going to be very happy. Just hold on. That’s when I stopped and opened my eyes bc I was crying so hard lol. But wow, idk what to make out of this tbh. Just pure shock. As long as I’m happy, I’ll take it
