How can we navigate our lives to ascend in our awareness? My name is Sarita and I am trained in the ancient Shamanic teachings of The Lyceum. This channel will help you to transcend the ordinary and realize the truth of who you are as quantum, vibrational being moving into 5D consciousness. I believe everyone has the potential to have extraordinary, wonderful and uplifting, heart aligned lives if we can understand that we are all part of source consciousness and are creating our realities in every now moment. We have the capacity to become entirely present and manifest from the quantum field of infinite potential through the zero point technology of our inner being, including and not limited to; our energy centres/chakras, the cells, atoms and quantum particles of our bodies, our nervous and endocrine systems and our pineal glands. This self actualization is accessed by us in many ways and principally through meditation. Therefore I teach meditation in an entirely new and creative way, collating information directly from the source field and expressing to you, often in a raw and pure format without any pre-design. I also share my human perspective as well as ancient information including ways to create ceremony for yourself in this modern world which give you practical tools to be able to transcend matter, manifest your dreams, heal and become heart centered.
My aim is to give you all as much information as I can for free on this channel so that you too can become the master of your own reality.
Guided meditation can offer a bounty of awareness and deep healing and support your life into the truth of your own sovereignty I hope my channel brings you connection love, light, insights and happiness. Thank you, dear Sarita...Today is my birthday..I have now been on this planet for 72 years. This past year has clearly been the worst, and most challenging of my life. It has left me with deep anxiety and fear..and, yes, on my knees. I, too, have come to the realization that, on the deepest level, I have not trusted, or surrendered as much as I thought, if at all. That is difficult to realize. This meditation is wonderful. This is the step I needed to take. Thank you so much for my birthday present! I too have been experiencing negative emotions. I had some drama come into my life and i have been struggling to regain balance ever since. I found myself being triggered last night, I had to consciously breath deeply because my breath was so shallow. It’s amazing how when you’re in the thick of heavy dark emotions you forget about all of your tools!! This was such a powerful meditation for me Sarita! I can’t tell you how much I needed this today! I so understand what you're feeling. I think because of the holiday coming up and we're all one a collective consciousness that maybe we're feeling fear of everyone. At least that's what I tell myself. I felt the sorrow so deeply in the fear, being a nomad helps because I can howl at the moon like a wounded animal when that happeneds. I love the meditation and I thank you for it. Blessings

Thank you. This really resonated with me. I feel I have made good progress with meditation, accessing my higher self and my understanding of how all of this (ie life) works over the past few months. I have seen a clear step change......yet I catch myself feeling unnerved at times with fear for the future. Not for me directly. This centres around the fact I have young children and I so want the world to be a better place for them and their children, so much, it's beyond words.

I’ve been going through fear so bad I’ve started to feel like someone/thing is “planting” it. Never ever experienced anything like it before. So it’s interesting that you’ve been going through it too. I’m not convinced it’s trauma but who knows, is it the collective? Is it some dodgy weird cyber infiltration ? I honestly don’t know, but it’s awful and I’m struggling to manage it. So it’s good to hear I’m not the only one 😇 I think one of the most difficult things is feeling alone with stuff as most seem to be believing in the current narrative.
