@@kyanitepsychic yes, I think a series of communications between different chakras would be really wonderful. I know I’d benefit a lot from it, however I wouldn’t never demand any content that you don’t resonate with. 🥰 just thought it was a neat idea.
That was amazing I saw the earth in vibrant green and the ocean cleansing my soul the chakras were pink green red yellow orange and purple the golden rose was so vivid and my grounding tunnel was purple and the sun I wrote my name in cursive and watched as the colors changed
I recommend meditating in seated position if you're going to ground yourself (it also helps you stay conscious), but you can absolutely sit this meditation laying down, too ✨
When i got to throat i heard Bill, Sherry and Bill i saw my friend from childhoods step dad. I havent thought about her in years. I have no social media but i know it wasnt an accident.
It's great that you feel connected to the earth's energy in water - it's the element and substance that makes up the majority of this planet! 🌎 The more you practice grounding energetically, the easier it can become to ground yourself in different environments. Just stay with it! 😊
