Well, I'm excited about this meditation. Who else feels deeply grateful for the opportunity to be able to meditate together tonight? Hi Jason. I’ve been listening to your videos since my mum was diagnosed with an incurable cancer in 2019. You have made sleeping possible for me ever since and I’m so grateful for that. Even when I try other videos I always come back to yours. Especially the I Am sleep affirmations. So thank you. ❤ I do have one request/ suggestion. Could you make some videos with a black screen? Or fade to black after a certain amount of time? 😊

I fell asleep during this meditation, which is great, but then an obnoxious Kroger ad came blaring afterward and now I'm wide awake. I get that the beginning ads have to get over with but No mid or end ads should be allowed to desecrate our zen!

@@KraccatiusManor we both were toxic for each other’ but I kept running back to her when I should have let her go and find. Her happiness which I’ve finally down I’m also battling depression but I’m maintaining I just feel so alone don’t really have any friends or family to support me but I have stay strong cause I have no other choice

When was there a bustling city? I must have fallen asleep before that...😴 Please don't deprive yourself of Jason's healing benefits. Try some of his other beautiful guided meditations that have other imagery - a white marble staircase, a garden path to... it is to draw back your busy mind so your healing space is available to you. Do some deep breathing, pausing briefly between each one. 🎉 Peace.

That's why I was so shocked that there was so much energy for a sleep meditation, it seemed very different to his usual offerings...
