I used to listen to true crime before bed. My state of mind was horrible. Started watching these 2 years ago every night, ever since I have become a whole new person with much less darkness and no self hatred. YOU are making a positive impact in this world and I can't thank you enough for helping me get to this new path. Merry Christmas ❤

same i’ve been watching true crime and anything horror to sleep little did i know it was so damaging and left me numb and i have really bad insomnia and anxiety. i’m hoping this helps 🤍

I’ve been going through a very hard time with drug addiction and withdrawal, and I’m doing meditation to hold on and keep my mindset right. Last year I stressed out a lot of my loved ones over it, and that’s the last thing I want to do…they’re the reason I’m fighting so hard 🥹 so I’m improving myself and these affirmations help with my low self-esteem. The supportive comments on RU-vid are everything. I decided I want to LIVE! ❤

Maxed out on shots, maxed out on Lines, maxed out on chances, you've blown it this time. All out of forgiveness, from the people you love, all out of prayers, and theres no signs from above. Self sabotage, it's getting bad, letting down your mum and dad Read the bible, go to church. The self destructions getting worse. Procrastination, the things you're facing, it's not too late for affirmations. Dark times, self hate and frustration. It feels to late, to be an inspiration. Pacing up and down your kitchen floor, calling your demons, waiting to score. You've signed the contract and sealed your fate, down on your knees, clutching a straw and a plate. Beating yourself up, losing every round, Your guardian angel's nowhere to be found. Put on a brave face so no one can tell, you've purchased a one way ticket to hell. Recently you've been drowning far out at sea, its time to face reality. Beating your self up over people you wronged, Remembering good times, before the sad songs. Chase the dreams and aspirations, It's not too late for Affirmations Dark times, regret and frustration. It's not too late to be an inspiration. There's people up there who really care, you can hear the sorrow in their prayers. They're watching down on you, from the stars, crying while you inflict scars. Crawling out from the darkness, into the light, pick yourself up, it's time to fight You have been blessed its one big test, the demons now need put to rest. The time has come to make them proud, there's angels fighting through the crowd. The waves are crashing on your bow. Yesterday is done, the time is now. The negative voices can be so loud, but its time to make your mother proud. Stand up tall and face your fears. No more heartbreak, lies or tears. Darkness comes before the light, long lost dreams of futures bright. Engulfed in fear, no signs of life The time has come to put things right.

Serious paws, ptsd, chronic illness, nervous system tanked, breakdown and neurological illness.. 18 months bedridden and lost about everything, just able to get to the bathroom and eat. Utter nightmare, but these meditations go on EVERY day as a source of hope and love 🙏🏼
