I don't know how you do it, but this video puts me into a deep refreshing UNINTERRUPTED sleep for a good 7-8 hours , no matter how stormy abd crazy life might be at that particular moment. I have listened to a few hypnosis sessions by this chap and they always worked for me but not last night. I kept waking up I listened to two different ones However he knocked my dogs clean out, they normally bark on and off during the night. Perhaps that’s why I didn’t sleep, no deep sleep barking in the background. I shall try again in these early hours
