asherdash12 Remember Nola and Quint? he was an archaeologist kind of based on Indiana Jones LOL. Also, Nola and Floyd… They married each other in real life. I saw them make an appearance in a strip mall back in the day. LOL
@@bospicks oh yes I remember them, wow that's cool. Nola had those wuthering heights fantasies Do you remember when Roger was in hiding being helped by a lady doctor named Renee. I was working at a breakfast cafe and she went in there a few times lol. Very nice lady
They have such incredible chemistry together on and off the screen. What is it with some guys looking really hot when they are grungy? Reminds me of Bradley Cooper in Hangover II.
No sweetie. This Alan is played by the late Chris Bernau who originated the role in 1977. Daniel Pilon played the part when Roger "came back" and Ron Raines currently plays Alan starting in 1995.
when Roger came back as Adam Mallack i liked him much better than i did in his early years defending his daughter Blake, the way Alan was taunting Blake bac k then just because she was Rogers daughter appalled me, i thought Blake and Philip were great together as so he was with Beth, this Blake was just as sexy as the current Blake who played the part until they went off the air the Keifer girl. they were both very beautiful and sexy.
Whatever happened to Mike Bauer? I remember watching GL from the mid 80s on but don't remember Mike Bauer. The killing of Maureen Bauer was awful and stupid. How did Roger survive this one?
Mike Bauer played by the Late Don Stewart was on the show from 1968-1984. His character left for Washington, DC but he came back for the Anniversary Special in 1997. Roger was helped by a organization in the tradition of The FBI and CIA. In 2015 when Eastenders celebrated it's 30th Anniversary they did specials where the cast members sit in the houses of their characters and go down memory lane. You hear so many amazing stories. When it celebrated it's anniversary in 2020 it was during covid so eveyrone had to be very careful. In fact two characters Ian (played By Adam Woodyat since 16 in 1985) was arrested by his real life son and Luisa Bradshaw White (Ex Tina Carter) was arrested by her own real life wife.
Daniel Pilon is playing Alan in 1989 during Roger’s Return. He had replaced the very popular Chris Bernau, the original Alan, not long before because Chris had become ill and died. He was only 49. As Michael Zaslow explained, Chris’ death is the reason Michael was asked to return, because the show had lost a great actor and its main villain, they needed someone equally strong and familiar to the audience.
