strive has some other characters with final boss variants (asuka, ky, faust, may, and elphelt plus a couple others i cant recall), and if you get through all of arcade mode without losing a single round to get the Extreme route you can fight an even stronger variant of the boss after beating it. EX Nagoriyuki especially is notable, since at the start of the round he will enter a stronger version of blood rage that still allows him to use specials, and due to various buffs he got (most notably complete invincibility on his teleport and his TRIPLED healthbar) he becomes the most difficult boss in the entire series.
First off: Overture is only good in terms of plot. Gameplay sucks. But of course, that's your opinion. Second: there's no arcade mode in Overture. Only story mode and PvP mode. So the only boss you can fight is Justice. And it's only as Sol.
Recuerdo de pequeño mainear a Bridget y siempre que jugaba X2 lo usaba a el. pero nunca JAMAS me pase el final boss de I-no aún y usandolo 😭😭😭 mi trauma de la infancia
GG plot literally built up on idea of one man simply pursuing inner freedom and peace by separating from women's and different organizations influence (at least that's what i see - it's pretty psychological). These thoughts makes Sol even more badass cool in my eyes.
I'm sorry, but..... what were the "petite"'s released on? Never even knew those were a thing? You had those deep DEEEEP cuts, but not Judgement? Or Overture? I thought maybe you were only covering the "pure" fighting games in the series at first, but then you have Isuka and Dust Strikers in the mix, so, a bit confused. EDIT: the Petites were, as I guessed, Wonderswan Color releases - a system practically unknown outside of JP and SA (South America) - and this from someone who owned a NGPC and would have loved to own a WSC. Super niche, but you left out games in the series on the only handheld that ever came close to dethroning the GB on the global market - the PSP? And one on the PS2? Really? You hit the WSC, but not the PSP or PS2? Did you just.... temporarily cease to exist in the late 2000's? Because that's the only explanation I can think of.
