It probably refers to the Tower of Babel, where "God made everyone speak different languages" to confuse all the workers and halt the building process so the tower wouldn't connect heaven and earth. In this case "Babel Nose" is a metaphor for "a nose that speaks all languages" or "a nose that transcends the need for words"
I love how the creators of guilty gear are like "hey lets have someone possessed by a demon" and someone was sat there like "no... lets have him possessed by 6 demons!"
You can do it irl if you train yourself a bit. It's not actually very hard either, you can probably get something like that down consistently in a couple weeks.
I actually got the chance to play this character in Guilty Gear X2 Reload for the first time seeing how I was not familiar with it as I got myself into the Guilty Gear series not too long ago, Holy Shit she was loud as hell. 😂😂😂
I know the feeling. I still remember when I first added a few Guilty gear characters in my old MUGEN Roster back in 2010 and when I got into the series in 2015. Jam is something else lol
Right now, she’s my top pick for Strive Season 4. While not my main, Jam was one of the first Guilty Gear characters I ever saw back in like the late 2010s.
I'm so happy se her back xrd revelator I wonder what cand of roll if she going play in the story mode and I can not to get my real main back but I am still going to play with ky, elphelt and millia becase I am still new in the guilty gear series I need to take a break of blazblue :]
Jam kicks ass, she's a cook, she's hawt, and she's a flirt. My dream girl, but she got a thing for Ky Kiske....my life sux T_T (lol) Did yall know that her name is actually Cloud Berry Jam? Cuz in Japan, they Say your last name first, and if you say Kuradoberi really fast, it sounds like Croudberry, cuz in Japan, the "L" and "R" letters are pronounced the same. Jam's also the Bruce Lee of the series which is really cool, cuz they didnt make it painfully obvious. Jam is also the Chun-Li of GG.
@P00Wolfen Fun fact, Arksys got back the rights to Guilty gear last year. THey're finishing Blazblue before they make a new GG though :/ oh well I enjoy BB. But what I'm really hyped for is the Atlus X Arksys fighter. The Persona 4: Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena :D
@Mastr513 The reason why this theme's name is Babel Nose is because it was meant to be Babel Noise, but, apparently someone made a typo and left out the i. I guess the Korean version, which has a different soundtrack, has her theme as Stieks and Stones, I guess as a reference to the dude who made this game's typo. So, of course, the Korean version's name is not Sticks and Stones.
@IMMAOILMAN What's funny is that in the Korean version of the game (which has a totally different soundtrack) Jam's theme is named "Stieks and Stones." And no, I don't mean Sticks. It may be a shoutout to whoever made the typo in the Japanese version. Either way, both themes are kickass.
I didnt know Jam was loud until I read the comments lol shes always my first pick so I don't get affected by her voice at all 😂 I thin Zappa is worse lol
@Overture2152 aah, that's actually nice to know. Well, I'm not much of a Persona fan but I do watch a friend who play the series. I told him about the game and he's already interested.
The stance, maybe, but Juri's character in general is taken from Jolyne Joestar, from Part 6 of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Also, Juri's first win pose (round 1, rather than a full victory) is just like Dio Brando's pose, from Part 3 of the same series.
@ViceCrucify Probably because their fighting style is very similar / the same. Can't quite say exactly what martial arts it is, but I know it's a pretty popular one.
@althegamefreak Nope, I believe her counterpart is Makoto but Litchi took the chinese part of Jam. Makoto is Jam with less China and more squirrels. And they share a very similiar type of sexyness AND kickassery. Oh, and while Litchi might have a Jam color palatte, Makoto has also one which is more accurate.
