+Zyx Whitewind Johny is actually pretty hard to master, but VERY rewarding when you get used to him. As soon as you get used to mistcancelling, he becomes a killing machine

+Lyandal Only need to mist cancel HS buttons in most situations. S for when it's a Far S or applying some pressure for mix-ups. If anything his dust loop is the mist cancel thing you need to practice for as it's a bit of a button conundrum that you're bound to mess up if you're not actually paying attention to what you're pressing. Not as hard as, say, Zato or Potempkin, but around the level of I-No as he's a bit of an odd fellow compared to most other characters. That said, REALLY happy he's in as that's another character off my AC list. 3 Down, 2 more to go.

+Henny Henri It's not that hard just do the S Mist Finer then cancel it with HS. so like when you get to the HS button in your combo/blockstring do the S version of Mist Finer and quickly press HS to cancel and continue the combo.

+ModernMyth Yes, but it has one of the best tutorials and all the tools you need to learn. It takes a ton of work to play at high level lol.

+Adam Vince Games like Guilty Gear and Blazblue are fast paced compared to the latest Street Fighters, once you get over that hurdle of needing to have faster response's for your inputs you'll be good to go.

Adam Vince Dedicate the time for it and you'll pick this stuff up for life. I actually took a break from GGXrd for a while (a year I think?) only to play it a bit today and immediately pick up Sol's moveset and combos without warming up in training mode.

+Adam Vince Learn a bit your character in training mode, do the challenges and drill like 3/4 good combos in your head (you have to at least know how to confirm random hits with a little combo in GG). Then in order to learn the spacing/footsies specific to GG, go online and play. But if you are coming from SF, don't worry, a lot of the footsies game is similar, the real difference is the double jump and airdashes you have to take into account. But as whitefox said, you'll pick up this stuff for life.

well, they made Blazblue into an anime. Not really sure what to say about how it turned out.
