Not sure if he actually cuts them, or if he simply cuts the card really close to their faces, and scares them into fainting. I think I'm going with the second option, because I find it funnier.
I love how Bedman just plank-falls forwards, what with the bed at his back. Everyone else limply drops, and this dude and his several-hundred pounds of robo-bed just tip over like a fridge.

Is it wrong to think that in the case of May and Elphelt, Johnny didn't really strike them down as much as it was them just fainting at how they were close to getting destroyed? At least for everyone else, they stood tall or did a pose before Johnny cut them down.

I was gonna say, yeah. Usually he's just out cold, now it looks like he's taking a page from Raven's book when it comes to being on the receiving end of instant kills. That is probably not a good thing.
