Andy is really a cool guy, not just only an excellent guitar player. Met him a bit personally when he was in St. Petersburg, Russia. His greatness is in simplicity and modesty which most of the modern cool guitarists don’t have. That’s what I love about him most of all - no showing off. And he is a real inspiration.

nice lesson - will be practicing tonight. i always struggled with extra noise and over tone etc. good to see he is using the mute mat on the fret-board.

I’ve always hated “lessons” like this. It’s almost as bad as the Paul Gilbert video I bought. Paul is a god. But it was so hard to follow. No tabs or sheets with it. Just shreds- ok next part

Which Paul Gilbert video? The first one has tabs on the screen and the others are slow enough for a novice player.

Your right tbh i have relative pitch and a firm understanding of theroy. Andy went from 10-100 in this great player but this lesson isn't that good

In these vids , Andy should be using a 6-string for instruction. Since 99.99999998% of guitarists use 6-strings. And it would be so much easier to follow. If you are instucting on how to use a seven string or incorporating it into the lesson, ok. But come on man.........666
