HOW TO USE GUITAR AMPS
There are many brands of guitar amplifier on the market and they all do pretty much the same thing, but some amps have 1 channel and some have more.
Many guitarists use only one channel amp and use effect pedals to get overdrive sound, but there are some that like using the overdrive channel of the amps.
High end amps like Marshall, Mesa Boogie and Hughes & Kettner, have great overdrive sounds, but entry levels type of amplifiers don't normally have very good overdrive sound.
