The talent Lemmo has is insane, He can play any genre, he’s extremely versatile, and he absolutely destroys straturday every week, I love the videos, absolutely insane. WE LOVE LEMMO!

@@joebryant8500 "We" are the people who hate the looper as a component of guitar demos. If you like loopers as part of Guitar of the Day demos, then you are not part of "us" you're part of "them". It's OK to be part of them. I do not pretend to speak for everyone, I only speak for us. And for the record, I really like loopers IN THEIR PLACE. But that place isn't a Guitar of the Day demo. Their place is in a bar playing for a bunch of drunks, or over-caffeinated hipsters in a coffee house, or some other live venue.

Lemmo literally sets the Strat on fire with his playing then settles into a mellow groove at the end as though he’s just been chilling for the previous 10 minutes. The man is a monster on the guitar.

Having the Sound overlapping breakes up the tones! I Play the dito and it does becomes muddy

If you want to hear what a guitar sounds like, don’t use a looper. If you just wanna hear a “cool arrangement”, use a looper. You can’t really hear what the pickups sound like and you can’t do a fair comparison when there’s 10 tracks being overlaid on top of each other... We wanna hear the pickups solo

Carlos ain't wrong. Don't cover up the natural tone with all that distortion. Actually a mix of clean & effects is the best if you feel like showing out with effects.

Used to see X and Blasters and Los Lobos when I lived in Venice in the 80's. Saw the Pleasure Barons at the Palomino one night, You would like them, I think they have a live CD. 14:30

Best GOTD ever, exceptional hardtail tone. Michael Lemmo is a true rising star on the horizon his playing is equal to his imagination, both are iconic yet creative contemporary. The tone of this instrument is a true and accurate tribute to Leo Fender and his creation.
