Found it ;) Just if you have curiosity, look for: 1967 Gibson SG Standard in Cherry Red Chicago Music Exchange, I think is cover is better than this one, but not as the one lemmo did on a 79 Jazzmaster, that’s just cream, I think it was his second guitar of the day.
Dude, what a great interpretation of Van Halen's "Dance the night away" at the min 12:37, in your own style it was pretty awesome. Great job in a very beautiful guitar bro 🤘
Thnx Norm, from the heart, but still that wicked sense of humour. All the best to u and yours. Lemmo, Jen, Todd, and Nick and theirs. You give us a lift here in Europe. When we're allowed back in your country, I don't want to c The Empire State, Mount Rushmore,Disney world or even Graceland. Just wanna visit Norman's and treat myself to that just 1 more guitar that I need. Lemmo so good to c the future of guitar playing is in your hands. Miraculous playing.
Not many people play rock and roll Debussy , well done young Mister Lemmo ! All of you down there , Stay healthy ! Best wishes from the west coast of Canada .
Savage. Also mike lookin at norm like a father. I love these folks. I’m moving to to San Diego in a week and can’t wait to visit the store in LA this year
Michael, you're reinterpretations of Eddie Van Halens guitar playing are always AMAZING!!!! Wanna know what this guitar sounds like?? ........ It sounds like THIS!!!!
First time I see a Strat with a proper setup on this channel!! This why you buy a Strat people! To float the bridge and use it as it was invented for. That’s why it has springs. Not for tone . But you have to adapt your stile . There is an learning curve to it. But that’s what makes you amazing in the end if you do.
Awesome job by you guys to record all of the GotD videos already. You guys produce some of the best stay-at-home content on RU-vid! Stay safe you guys, and thank you.
Norm and Namesake become a public service! Cool, Norm. I know your long support of the mission and so forth - and just these videos are going to help a lot of people spend some time positively. Stay well, all y'all! And especially fellow viewers!
And PS Mr. Lemmo - As far as i'm concerned, you can play "Watchtower" variations all day. I certainly have (to the dismay of friends - and ex-friends).
I got to play one of these in a shop once. Was the best strat I have ever touched. Resonated and played like nothing I had ever experienced. Then I saw the 3500 price tag and got sad. Except the one o played was semi hollow.
what a gorgeous guitar , luv the color and the funky pick guard , and it has great sound , all three pick ups provide great tone and unique vibe , some excellent playing by Lemmo , as always , I swear the dude has 6x9" long fingers on that left hand , and no tremolo arm can even compete with his own tremolo , he is a master of shakin and stirred , great demo , luved it. thanks guys.
We must trust our government They love us and they will do anything to protect us. We must rely on our government to do the right thing. Now, everyone go outside, get infected to protect the herd. Then return home, start measuring up granny's bedroom for your new snooker table and murder your elderly relatives to put them out of their misery.
Norman takes this Coronawarnings more serious than that crazy guy in the white House. Shine on and keep save Norm, Michael, Jen and all the other folks from Norman's rare Guitars
This guy is good. He keeps saying he likes les Paul guitars but he sure plays the heck out of strats. So much better on fenders not saying his playing is any less than 10 but dang he’s better with fender.
As Lemmo mentioned, this one is a neck swap. All the Aerodyne guitars had Rosewood boards, 7 1/4 radius and Kluson style tuners. The neck plate also looked like it had a place for a tilt screw that wasn't there. So yes, beautiful body. Otherwise, not sure what's up.
Hokay, gonna comment, 'cause that's what I do. Great Video and Message Norm and Michael! Thank You for taking the time to acknowledge, and spell it out. My 'Normalcy' is coming home 5 nights a week, Tue-Sat, and watching Guitar of the Day. I speak for thousands. Things may and will change. All the same.....Nice to see you continuing. Also........I'm still looking for that early 80's Ovation 12 string I keep attempting to buy from you.......... Perhaps, someone will convince themselves it's not worth keeping around..........sigh... Love to You, Norman's Rare Guitars !!!!!!! Hold Fast
Lemmo pulled out the tasty aural treats for this occasion. Thank you for the ear candy, Michael, Jen, Norm and all the good folks at Norm's Rare Guitars. Be safe.
Man thats an Expensive Guitar NOW, Can you imagine how much it will cost in 40 - 50 years especially if it was kept in Pristine condition.......My oh My! She's a Beauty. 🎸💚
