I believe this song's bass was written by Paul but they recorded with Justin so Justin finalized it. Im not sure if he changed it or not though, but in my opinion likely.
i still have this cd , the one i bought the day it was released in 96. i know i listened to it a 1000x. i love this whole album great song and not the best one on here......that would be pushit imo

This is not "earlier stuff"! This is the beginning of their new age "evolving" stuff (about middle of the road for these guys). Making me feel old man lol. "Earlier stuff" would be 'Opiate' and 'Undertow' that I listened to when I was in my mid-late teens. I was already an adult when this came out. This song is supposedly about L. Ron Hubbard, but it's always seemed more to me like it was about any hypocritical leader and especially about Maynard's mother's a$$4#13 preacher who led the congregation in blaming her for her ailment... Appreciate the reaction.
