FAFDA DOUGH MAKING INGREDIENTS : 1kg Besan flour (Chickpea), 20 gm Salt, 1 tsp Hing, 12 Gm sodium bi carbonate(gathiya), 50 gm oil, Carrom seeds (Ajwain), water to mix. HOW TO DO : 1. In big basin or vessel add besan flour, salt, hing, soda remove lumps. Add oil, using water make fafda dough, add little ajwain. Knead the dough without lumps tightly and smooth texture. 2. Keep the dough aside for sometime. 3. Fafda Slice: Make the peda from dough, roll the peda vertically into thin slice using hand. Run along the peda dough in wooden plank. 4. In big kadai heat oil for deep fry, one by one add the Fafda slice into oil. Deep fry them. KADHI FOR FAFDA GATHIYA: INGREDIENTS : Besan flour, Salt, Turmeric, Butter milk, Green-Red chili, Curry leaves, Oil, Mustard. 1. Kaddi Mix- In broad big vessel mix besan flour, salt, turmeric, butter milk , churn it. 2. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, chopped green chili, curry leaves, turmeric powder, sauté. 3. Add churned kaddi mix to this tadka. Boil for few minutes, remove from stove.

Cut from one side of pappaya round slice, remove seeds. 3. Grate the pappaya, to this add salt, chili powder, sugar, squeeze lemon juice, keep aside.
