@@jfsoutdooradventures2384 Good to hear. Keep fightin the good fight, we gotta fight these bullshit unconstitutional laws tooth and nail every chance we get. Dont give up an inch, or they'll take miles. Ridiculous how "shall not be infringed" seems to be interpreted as a polite suggestion instead of the rock solid truth it is.
this kind of stuff gets me so pissed off!! i had to strap the old bayonet on my mosin and stab the crap out of my vacuum cleaner.... now i have to go buy a new one before my wife gets home or im going to be in trouble
JDsgreatz28 this show the importance of not registering your guns, even if its made law it is still illegal, once they take our 2nd amendment the rest of our right will be taken with ease. and i hate it more than anything when liberals talk about the second amendment like it is for hunting. good vid guys.
I've had two police officers and two corrections officers in NY tell me straight out they were not going to abide by NYS safe act law. You know it's bad when law enforcement officers openly state they will disobey the law.
That happened here in Oregon with the weird the transfer law thing. It wasnt a couple of officers though it was 23 counties. I cant let my family members borrow a firearm without going to a gun store and having them get a background check and if I want it back I have to go and get the background check. What if we both fail well them I guess they got a free gun
Cenamark2 if you didnt realize, everyone you mentioned *didnt have* guns you can continue thinking that guns havent increased anyones freedom they were a *tool* for the kkk because they were easy to use, and if you didnt know, gun control kept the kkk safe the last statement really confuses me, 'its not guns that'll prevent a holocaust in America its how we stand up for the rights of citizens' so talking will prevent a holocaust, ok abso-fucking-lutely no logic there we stand up for the rights of citizens with guns, its a deterrent, to keep the gov in check and how are you going to enforce the registration? tell me please..
In my 10 yrs in the military, I've never heard any sort of instruction read any documentation that called any of the service rifles as a "assault rifle". If I wanted to assault something, I'd get an "Assault Gun". Look it up, it's literally a tank.
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and left for Pennsylvania with family when I was 20. Now at age 27 I own a 24 gun safe filled with 7 firearms, 6 of which would land me in jail if I took them back to the city. I am glad I moved somewhere that respects and protects my 2nd Amendment rights. Not only that it's cheaper to live here, it's far less populated, it's beautiful (Love seeing wildlife walk through my yard during the day and being able to see the stars at night)and land/housing is so cheap. Only thing that sucks are the lack of decent paying jobs. No problem though as I live not too far from the NJ/NY border and from some parts of Pa it's only 60-65 miles to the city. So I can work near or in the city, have a short commute, take the money of people who hate me for owning firearms and come back to Pennsylvania to spend it at local businesses who sell firearms. Isn't that grand? :-D
Good for you. I lived in NJ as a kid in the NY City area. Eventually, lived in SE PA. Now, unfortunately, I live in one of the biggest Anti-Bill of Rights states... CT. It's going the way of NY with bans on mags over 10 rounds and registration of non-compliant mags. Unfortunately, most people I know, will be registering their mags. I think this is really stupid considering it's another form of registering the gun. After all, when you say you have 5 mags of 20 rounds for some gun, you are essentially registering the gun, as well as the mags. They know you aren't collecting mags for the fun of it.
***** I highly recommend the move, if you move to the Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg area (Preferably on the outskirts since certain areas of the town suck) or a place called Portland you are inside of Pennsylvania while just being a handful of minutes from the NJ border. Portland, Pa is even a bit closer just a bridge away from New Jersey. I am still working a minimum wage job here in Pa so I can get the minimum 5 years in my field of occupation which I need before a good company that compensates it's employees well will look at my resume. I have been working 5 years come May so I am updating my resume now and starting to look in January. If things work out for me I plan on moving out of my fathers home and getting my own home by time I turn 32. Right now I live around Hawley, Pa which is in the mountains and can add upwards of 30 miles onto my commute to NJ so I am looking to Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg and Portland for my first home in Pennsylvania. The only warning I have to give you is to be mindful of the School Taxes in Pennsylvania, my father built a 2400 square foot home on a 1/2 acre of land and the school district charges him $5300 a year and that's on top of the $1000 a year property taxes. This is the only costly living expense Pa puts on you but you have to be mindful of it. Compared to New Jersey that may be cheap but certain areas of Pa charge considerably less for school tax, please research this if you move. If you have any questions please feel free to message me.
blueskylazer That's terrible, why not move back to Pennsylvania? You could probably sell your home in Connecticut, buy a home as good or better in Pennsylvania and still have an easy $100k left to do as you please. Like I was telling Johnnye you could move to Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg or Portland, Pa and commute into Jersey for work. That would be like 60 miles to Northern NJ or 70 miles back to NYC which translates to a 1 1/2 hour commute, that's about as long as I spent packed like a sardeen in a train then walking through crowds to get from my home in Brooklyn to the college I attended in Manhattan. The best way to punish Liberals is leave their areas, deny them your money and slowly let the area turn into something like Detroit where Liberal policies destroyed the city and scared away the producers who don't follow the Liberal agenda. If you need some info shoot me a private message because we can always use more 2nd Amendment supporters in Pennsylvania.
Politically its a major mistake for the gun grabbers, now the firearm owners have Proof that Registration = Confiscation, so use this in the fight against the gun grabbers.
Rodney Cooke well unfortunately to many of y'all yankees are moving down south and ruining our states. Not saying you in particular, but a lot of northerners move here. Because it's cheaper, and less restrictive. Then vote democrats into power that want to do the same bullshit here that they've done up north and out west. It completely boggles my mind that you run from that shit, then try to turn out home into were you came from. Also I hear that a lot they move down here because we are more polite and show more hospitality, then act like complete assholes to everyone and complain about literally everything we do, because we don't do it the same way, so in conclusion. To any Yankee doodle motherfuckers coming down, Welcome to the south, NOW GO BACK HOME!
Nooooooo, please stay in NY. These duche bag Yorkers leave NY to escape restrictions- taxes - etc come down here to Florida and vote to make our state similar to what they just left(taxes, restrictions, etc) just look at the last election and Gillum’s policy which we barely escaped. In the next few years Florida will become a blue state because of these transplants. These same people brag about how great and superior NY is from their front porch in West Palm Beach. beats me
I live in NY. Have any questions I will be glad to answer. Thank you guys so much for spreading awareness on the horrible thing that has happened to us in NY State. It seems like most believe this will not happen to them. Knowledge is power.
Can you guys do anything against this? Are there any organizations that is saying they are going to sue the state if they actually start to do this confiscation?
NYS gun owners association and others are spending over $350,000 on fighting it and almost every single county sheriff dept has filed against it. We have had a few rallys now that include thousands of people filling the streets of Albany. In fact the Albany police sent the demonstrators a massive bill for the extra police called in to assist with bus parking etc. Only police backing and enforcing it thus far are the State Troopers. I dont believe they would try to confiscate because it would be inviting a gunfight. The hardest part is understanding the new laws to not break them. So many have been added its scary like being on thin ice in the middle of a lake.
How is that legal? I don't get how such laws get passed? I mean did nobody mention to them it was against the constitution? Aren't those 'law makers' breaking the law themselves meaning they should be criminally convicted?
They forgot their Oath to the Constitution. That's why we need more hot Tar and Feathers for our elected leaders. We lost our grain and grit in America. Our founders would be shooting already.
I will bet at least one law enforcement officer will lose his life due to this gun confiscation. We are reaching the tipping point in this country. I live in California and I have a choice to make, stay and fight or move to a state that still hasn't become a dictatorship. I do believe if a police officer came to my house to confiscate my guns that it would not end well. I have said the same thing on other youtube videos and been called scum, traitor etc. I am a veteran, I support the constitution and believe if we don't fight for our rights then we are going to lose them. In the past the enemy was from outside the U.S., now they are inside.
I live in Nassau County about half a mile away from the border of NYC. I currently "have" 10 long arms, 5 semi autos and 5 bolt action rifles. I was smart enough to get two WASR 10 Hi-caps and a Yugo SKS LEGALLY after the sunset of the '94 AWB. Little did I know that after going to a therapist for anxiety that is very much under control due to lifestyle changes and no medications, word got around to my therapist that I am in possession of FIREARMS, which immediatley resulted in a "wellness" check. I am being as honest as one can be to all who read this, that I have no criminal history, history of mental "illness," and absolutely NO intention of hurting myself or others. Now, with all that being said, I had the unfortunate expirence of dealing with the law for an issue other than a parking ticket. It happened January 30th of this year, right after the SAFE act went into law, I was greeted by 6 officers at my door, and they explained why they were there. After presenting myself they saw I was physically alright, then they asked me if there were guns in the house, to which I regrettably replied yes. This prompted them to say that I was no longer allowed to enter my house and 4 of them went inside the house without permission and 2 kept me outside. I asked them if I was under arrest, and the two cops told me "NO". After rummaging through my collection, they allowed me back into my room where they said that they had to confiscate my firearms to check and see if they were used in a crime. They then told me that I would have to go to the hospital for an evaluation. I asked the sergeant if this was mandatory and he replied "either way your going." Okay, so I go along not wanting to be charged with resisting the police, and was evaluated and discharged in about 1 hour. To this day I am still waiting for word on the status of my guns, as I call every week. I have a sickening feeling that I won't be getting my property back, and I'm considering legal action, though I feel whats done is done. P.S. I said that I currently "have" the guns, because I never willingly turned them over and they are still my property. Sorry for the long post, but I felt that I should share my story about the system going renegade on it's people.
chiwar7178 And tax dollars. Instead of the people spending money on what they want to help the economy they'll have to spend it on more "security." The government is doing all it can to brainwash people into thinking only police can help them. And they've done a good job of already brainwashing the police into thinking they're some elite super humans who are the only ones who should have guns and can do no wrong. When will our police and military grow some balls and push back and not follow these unconstitutional orders these corrupt politicians force on us?
Red Raider You know, we're 29 times more likely to be MURDERED (read: illegally killed) by a LEO than we are by a terrorist. The culture of "loyalty above integrity" among LEOs combined with implied immunity from prosecution is exactly how and why LEOs use excessive force. There is a disparity of consequences for illegal activity when it comes to LEOs vs. non-LEOs. If I walk up and spit in a LEOs face, I'm going to be: beaten, pepper sprayed, and possibly shot; then, if I survive, I'm going to be dragged through the legal system on felony charges. Now, a LEO can break down my front door, shoot my dog, shoot me--all without a warrant--and I'd be the one brought up on charges if I lit-up the LEO with my AK or AR. At worst, I've read about LEOs losing their jobs for felony offenses (short of murder, grand larceny, or drugs) instead of doing hard time in a federal bang-you-in-the-ass prison. LEOs are *supposed* to be held at a HIGHER standard than non-LEOs--LEOs get their paychecks from tax revenue and swear an oath of office. Those two alone demand that LEOs are held to a higher standard. Now, for anyone who wants to try to BULLSHIT everybody with the whole, "Well, not all LEOs are bad!" bullshit: EVERY SINGLE LEO is guilty! If they aren't the bad LEOs, they're the LEOs that let the bad ones get away with it.
To every freedom loving person out there, scrape up your pennies, dimes and nickels, hell charge it on your credit card. Go to Wal Mart and get your AR15 NOW!! 600.00 will get you one. Do it before it's too late. Every Responsible head of the household should own one. ITS YOUR RIGHT!
robert h I will cut down the liberty tree's competition, but I cannot cut the tree of liberty down. It must be from time to time refreshed with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
When you lot grow a pair and stop whining on youtube, and actually do something. I see americans complain so often about how shit everything is, how about doing something other than typing on the internet?!
The criminals who have violated our constitution " THE LAW " must be held accountable. It is not enough to overturn their illegal unconstitutional local laws that attempt to circumvent the 2nd amendment. These officials who swore an oath are guilty of treason, a crime that by law carries the death penalty. Hung by the neck until dead in front of our courthouse would be too charitable. Life without parole and seizure of all their assets would be a better punishment and their seized assets should be used to further defend our rights that they attempted to steal away with their terroristic threats of force against the citizens they swore to protect. We must send a strong message, we must enforce the law and stop these criminals in their tracks and make an example of them. With great power comes great responsibility, it's time for these traitors to be held responsible.
El Yau Wan The government will try to take too much too fast as they always do. Yes we have more dead weight right now than ever before but the fire of freedom burns in every American heart and our parasite servant masters are forever greedy. They will take and take until everyone has a cross to burn and in time we will once again stand united and take back our freedom.
It is now 8/24/2014. Upstate NY. Safe Act enacted. I have two ARs and 3 AK based rifles among other semi auto and bolt action rifles. All black rifles were converted to NYS compliant rifles by removing the pistol grip and using accepted stocks and grips. They do not need to be registered. NYC is like CA. If it dropped off the edge of the map in to the ocean, no one would miss it. All my pistols are registered and marked by make, model, sn on my permit, and I carry a copy that looks like a credit card. I cannot own anything that has a loading device with over 10 rnd capacity. At home I must have 7 rds or less. No one will come to check it, but if I get stopped driving or police comes to my house for something else, this will be an additional charge on me. It is coming to you too if the country keeps voting liberal. You folks did not fight hard enough during the civil war and you will pay the price. Only a miracle can save us. God Bless us all and help us survive this nonsense. Good videos. PS, I just picked up my IWI/MR desert eagle in 45 acp and heading to Saratoga NY for a gun show and the range after it.
"At home I must have 7 rds or less." What does that mean? I literally can't figure it out... & rounds loaded in any given weapon, or 7 rounds total? This crazy shit doesn't even make any sense.
BigSmartArmed MY understanding is that if one has 20 firearms, one can have 7 rounds per firearm loaded. If you are young and educated, get out of NY. If you are approaching retirement age plan to move south. If you are poor and uneducated, stay here in NY. The social programs are excellent. I am married to a much younger wife and she will need 10 plus years for retirement after I retire. I will be dead by then.
For the LOVE OF GOD the Bill of Rights was written to protect our rights and limit the government's power. NOT the other way around. As someone who lives in CA, you would think it was! We have surrendered enough of our rights as responsible citizen gun owners. Enough is ENOUGH!
You guys called it. My only hope is that this will NEVER happen in Florida or Pennsylvania. And if it does, they would have to pry my gun out of my cold dead hands.
Right on guys. Let people know the truth. I once read the requirements you have to meet in NYC to own guns. It makes you feel like a criminal just wanting a gun.
This makes me sick. It's coming guys. All who read this need to prepare and make a decision. Bow down to the king's or fight for your rights. Its really sad this is happening in what used to be a free country. It hasn't been free for quite a while.
Yep, lived in NY my whole life, been to the city a total of 0 times. We are fighting the un-safe act every day, because everyone with a brain knows that is has nothing to do with making people safe. Thanks for the vid guys, keep up the fight...
Yes, registration leads to confiscation.. Canadian gun owners have their pistols, revolvers, certain rifles and shotguns registered and the RCMP can legally change the definition of any class of firearm. The government has already deemed certain rifles as "prohibited".. Rifles such as the AK and variants, FAL, AUG, UZI, HK MP5's/G3/HK91, ANY pistol or revolver with a barrel less than 4.1 inches, Tech 9, MAC 10/11, ANY pistol magazine that holds more than 10 rounds.. etc.. and the list goes on.. We also need a permit just to transport firearms in a locked case.
Only restricted or prohibited weapons need a transportation permit. Long guns are still good to go. Didn't think the AK was on the prohibited list. Never understood how they could put something like an FAL on the prohibited list, but not an AR (neither should be), you can limit the mag. capacity on an FAL the same way you would on an AR, or AK. Makes no sense, but then this is the CDN gov't.
The problem with that is that the police don't know every gun model, therefore if you get pulled over for any reason with firearms, the long gun will be checked in their database as if it were a restricted firearm, regardless of the status. And yes, of course the AK is on the prohibited list.. It's sad.. Tyranny disguised as "public safety" initiatives..
Still doesn't mean you need a transportation permit for a legal, non-restricted firearm. As long as you have a valid PAL, and the gun is in a case, there is nothing they can do. They can run it in their data base all day long if they want, but as long as it isn't prohibited or restricted, no transportation permit is required. I can understand a bit, of them not knowing every firearm, and of course checking ones that may be on the edge if they think it may be restricted, but something like a normal hunting rifle/shotgun, they should pretty well know that it isn't restricted and doesn't require a trans. permit.
You don't understand, I've seen a video here on RU-vid where a cop (I believe in Quebec), who didn't know the firearms laws, confiscated a rifle (Robinson Arms XCR) and 10 round magazines (in .223/5.56) saying the 10 round magazine was "prohibited". If he knew the laws, he would know that it is LEGAL. Instead, he confiscated the rifle and magazines until it was proven that it was NOT a prohibited device. That is plain harassment and a waste of time and tax payers dollars. The owner of the rifle then had to waste more time to go pick it up from the police..
Yeah, but that firearm is a restricted weapon, and the 10rnd magazines would be prohibited, as you can only have a 5rnd magazine for any rifle in Canada, other than something like a Ruger 10/22 or similar. There are some exceptions like an M1Garand, as it can only function properly if a full 8rnd clip is inserted from empty.
Eric & Barry, Allow me as a citizen of New York State to clear up the SAFE Act's Magazine ban. You cannot have more than 7 rounds in a detachable magazine. Tubular magazines like my Henry .22 doesn't apply to that law. Also you can load 10 rounds into your magazine only when you are at the range. I think the SAFE Act is a load of garbage and it shouldn't have been signed into law. I appreciate what you guys do down there and I thank you for your hard work.
Oh FUCK! my BB gun holds a metric shit ton of ammo...people of NY...do what you can get out of debt, relocated to surrounding states or states abroad..make NY pay by not giving NY your tax dollars..
im a gun owner in New york city. The laws here for our right to bear arms are appalling! But trust me. No one is coming to take our guns over here! I want to see them try! Either way, this is some scary stuff for us over here.
"They who can sacrifice their essential liberties for safety deserve neither". Benjamin Franklin "Both oligarch and tyrant fear the people and thus seek to deprive them of arms" Aristotle-4th century B.C
Keri Rimmer Old Franklin was a smart man. there is another quote by him I like that reflects on todays politics was "I fear the day that the american people discover that they can vote them selves money for that will be the beginning of the end of our republic" mind you I am paraphrasing those are not the exact words I'm sure but it was something like that.
Microstamping ammo would mean you would have to PICK UP EVERY SINGLE ROUND YOU SHOOT, EVERY TIME YOU SHOOT YOUR GUN. Otherwise if anyone picks up a round you fired at the range, they could "seed" the crime scene with YOUR BRASS and you would be in for a world of hurt legally.
I see a LOT of broken firing pins in the near future. lol And NO, they WON'T be $10 anymore. Microstamping would mean that a DENT or RUST on the firing pin would probably affect it too.
There's a video of a dude making an AR firing pin from a duplex nail. He basically ground and turned it on a lathe to shape. Though the metal composition was not appropriate for the purpose, the proof of concept was established. It went "click" and "bang" everytime in the video.
Thank you guys for informing us your fellow gun owners about the goings on in the country! A informed country is a strong country, it baffles me that there are so many ignorant freedom hating people out there. We all need to strand together and fight this corruption.
I live in Canada and this bullshit is happening here too, they made a gun prohibited recently just because it LOOKS like a AK47. Even though it obeys all the current laws this gun has now been deemed prohibited for cosmetic reasons. Anyone owning that rifle had to turn it in with no refund whatsoever and its an expensive gun, if they didn't they are now considered criminals. We also have those crappy magazine limits here too, also just 5 rounds for a rifle unless its a .22 rim fire. I can't believe they would go even a tiny bit farther then Canada's gun control laws in New York.
Basically, anyone who owns a firearm in NYC, even a pellet firing airgun, MUST register it with the NYPD's pistol & rifle licensing unit in Kew Gardens, Queens. What this basically does is it puts a lien on your firearms giving the NYPD the exclusive and unabridged right to confiscate and repossess your firearms as they see fit without any reason or cause. This goes back to an old law passed in NYC some 100+ years ago by a former mayor in a futile attempt attempt to disarm the infamous "gangs of NY" who were shooting one another on the streets and killing cops indiscriminately. By disarming the citizens, their intent was to also disarm the criminals and gangsters back then but we all know that criminals don't care what laws are on the books and they'll never surrender their firearms. What you mentioned about names and addressed of pistol owners being published in NY was actually done by a leftist rag calling itself the "Journal News", or as I call it, the "Urinal News" owned by the Gannet Corporation. Through the Freedom Of Information Act, they petition Westchester and Rockland Counties to disclose the names and addresses of citizens who own pistols in an attempt to create mass hysteria following the Sandy Hook shooting. What they didn't expect to happen was that extremely pissed off gun owners found the names and addressed of those leftard reporters and published their info for all to see. What happened next is a prime example of liberal hypocrisy as these so called "journalists" got a taste of their own bullcrap and hired armed security guards to protect them and their families. The same so called "journalists" who were so anti-gun hiring men with "guns" to protect them after they royally screwed the pooch with their moronic and biased article. Folks, as a resident of NY myself, this is the kind of daily bullshit we have to deal with from the hoplophobic self professed "gun experts" out there.
You will be interested to know.. I live in a rural part of the state (yes they do exist) and the local sheriffs have stated they will not enforce the SAFE act. (Steuben, Allegheny county's)
I live in in one of the lower counties and have spoken to NYS Police troopers, many of whom are oathkeepers, and they too told me they refuse to enforce this idiotic and unconstitutional law.
***** I'm aware that China doesn't have freedoms we have, but that doesn't change the fact that we're more of a police state than them. The prison industrial complex has made us the most imprisoned nation in the world. We have more prisoners than China despite them have 4 times the population.
Unbelievable Eric. I knew of these rumors, but this confirms it. Glad i'm in ohio! Keep up the great work guys. PS Thad says Fred needs a real knife! Lol. Peeace
Did you know that a war veteran might've been arrested because his fifteen-year-old rifle malfunctioned and fired two rounds at once and was qualified as an illegal machine gun?
Thankfully I live in the free state of Florida. It is actually in our constitutional that there will never be gun registration. Keep up the good work. Love the videos.
I'm glad I live in Texas! Gun owners down here are the nicest, most responsible people ever. Likewise in any other state where guns are owned by responsible, law abiding folks!
I've been watching the progression of gun laws for almost 50 years. Unfortunately, I live in California. I think that within 20 years there will be an Australian style gun confiscation. The NRA has failed.
They wouldn't need to microstamp ammo. By this background check they will simply know: 1) That you have a gun 2) What caliber / kind of gun it is 3) After confiscation you would have to explain why did you try to buy ammo for guns that you "don't have"
I won't ever buy ammo from BASS PRO SHOP EVER AGAIN. I received a letter in the mail stating that the Hornady Critical Duty 9mm I purchased there was POSSIBLY recalled. No big deal, right? Wrong. They knew what I bought, where I lived and what lot #s I purchased. So it's pretty obvious they are keeping records. Enjoy the rest of your cereal.
Or you have a membership there and they happen to know where you live, because you signed up with your address, so they can send you stuff in the mail...
Originally, they wrote the law saying that you could not have any guns with removable magazines that hold over 7 rounds. That would have made my Ruger 10/22 illegal. Then they rewrote the law because they realized that it included just about the majority of guns out there. But we still can't put more than 7 rounds in them. I thought NY gun laws were restrictive before the "Safe" Act. Now I can't have any fun guns. Thanks! We need all the help we can get.
our nation is in big trouble , time to vote out the entire congress, the senate, the white house, vote them ALL out , start over and implement 4 YEAR TERM LIMITS ... on every politician, judge , etc ... it's the only real answer , TERM LIMITS ...
me2ontube I'd likely try to reason with local police first, as they are still fellow Americans. Luckily I know my sheriff personally and he has said time and again he would not enforce any kind of confiscation or bans. Can't control feds though. If they come in tac-gear and shades, trying to dehumanize their appearance to distance themselves mentally and emotionally from what they're doing, Molon Labe.
***** i know there's a few good ones - even some organization of cops who refuse to enforce such laws and ready even to fight other cops who would - i don't advocate going to the nearest precinct and opening fire just shooting at the boot kicking in your door coming after your guns
I left New York 9yrs ago and live in the state of Florida. Best thing I ever done!!! Been around guns since a kid and love the out doors. For me to give away my rights of being a gun owner, is ridiculous! What's next, Martial Law!!! Thanks for the input!!!
Right on all accounts. If we as American citizens sit by and watch this unfold, the government will outlaw the Keystone Cricket for it being an "assault rifle". I am lucky enough to live in Wisconsin, where our government, Scott Walker, is definitely pro-gun. But my worst nightmare is our guns being taken away from us. This is the thought that keeps me up at night, that makes me want to cry. I hope that someone anti-gun watches this video, and realizes all of the hurt they are causing. All of our citizens being put out of their jobs who are building these "evil" guns and ammo. Remember this: Guns do not kill people. People kill people. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my comment.
These use to be actually educational, now I have to go back to pre 66 to find anything interesting. Make a new series to whine about laws, this is gun gripes, not law gripes.
Think about this in movies does anyone blame the firearm that committed the killing no they blame the person. but in real life they blame the gun and disregard the person
NY Civil Rights - article 2 - section 4, Civil Rights § 4. Right to keep and bear arms. A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms cannot be infringed.
Princess Leia got to heaven and waiting at the gates was the most badass body guard anyone could find.. Barry with a break action 12g, pocket full of cut shells and a g19 on his hip sporting a 33 round extended mag. Rest well princess, rest well Barry. Keep her safe till we get home 💙💚
I was talking to this one girl once that was absolutely against people having guns. For some reason since it scared her yet she believed nothing bad could ever happen to her that guns should still be taking away. Everything I told her pointed more and more to myself being right but she still persisted to thinking she was the one who was right. Of course as a man winning an argument with a woman I no longer talk to her anymore lol
If that can happen in New York City, is it possible to have them do so with the rifle that my grandpa gave my mom for remembering him. Even though she did help him make his own ammo for it @ one time. That and then my spring pump metal BB gun that is 0.177 caliber of steel and copper balls. I have not heard of there being a limit for how many pumps so I think someday going to a gun range and pump it to one hundred and see the muzzle velocity.
What a great law, now all the criminals will be forced to turn in their "assault" weapons...honestly sometimes I think Rob Ford isn't the only guy doing crack.
In 1972 Mark Essex killed several people with a Ruger 44 Carbine which only held 4 rounds with a fifth round in the chamber. He reloaded several times also. It goes to show you don't need a firearm that holds more than 5 rounds to commit mass murder. If there's a will there's a way.
