the boxes u showed are not ammo its a weapon drop the colored things without a icon are ammo if it has a icon its a weapon or crafting or gear item

How do you unlink modules between guns? For example: Weapon A - Crit dmg Module (lvl 0) Weapon B - Crit dmg Module (lvl 0) I upgrade *Weapon B’s* Module (lvl 0 - lvl 1) And it says weapon A will be effected! How do I unlink the modules?
