I recently FINALY bought a used desert eagle 44mag,I've always wanted one as I mainly shoot 44mag.Its used made in Isreal and a low 5 digger ser#.I absoloutly love this beast, its fun to shoot it has a comfortable recoil too.Its loud and has an awesome muzzle flash too,its accurate and just dam fun to shoot.
Had the Israeli Arms Desert Eagle in 44 mag some years ago. Regret selling due to the Australian restrictions but had no choice due to the changed gun law's. It was the best piece of hardware that I have ever owned and I miss it.
i guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know of a way to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
@Muhammad Jayce Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
The first game I can think of that featured a Desert Eagle was Resident Evil 2 haha. The item description said it was .50ae, yet it's capacity is 8, which actually makes it .44 lol.
The desert eagle isn't from Israel, that's a common misconception, it's an American design that was manufactured in Israel for a time, but they are manufactured in the US now.
The game that popularize Desert Eagle was actually part of a mod for another game, that is Counter-Strike. Start from beta version, DEagle has a certain charm, usually as secondary gun for a sniper rifle; WHY? not really sure, but they do like to combine them both. However these lead to some brand name dispute, hence they change the name to "NightHawk 50C" (:cringe).
Shao Xun Leong Basically when the magazine is empty the follower( the sort of plate that pushes the rounds up) pushes the slide lock lever up and the slide locks in place. Just like most semi-auto handguns
I was surprised that they never mentioned the Matrix during the movie discussion. I've always associated it with Agent Smith. Also the pub scene in Snatch.
Why I’m gonna get a suit since I got my Titanium gold .44 mag home now. Then an ear piece and some ray-bans. Finally, a good shoulder strap for my piece. Why? Well DUH! Agent Smith had a lot to do with one! Lol. 🤣
Joe Mantegna is the best presenter ever featured on this channel. His delivery is smooth, well modulated, and paced perfectly. I know he is a professional actor, but he really outshines all of the others in information delivery.
@@johnarmer7368 I agree!!!! And what's funny, is that i've always wanted to own a Desert Eagle since I was a little kid, when I first saw it in the movies "Commando", "RoboCop", and "Predator 2" (as I didn't know what kind of gun it was at first). But as of March/April 2021, I officially got my hands on one chambered in .44 Magnum (as the .50AE variant was unavailable at the time and wanted to shoot a big-bore caliber that I knew was a little bit more comfortable)
Just bought my first one .44 mag in black with a muzzle brake I had hi hopes and this is one of those wish list guns It TOTALLY lives up to my hype It’s accurate It’s capable of rapid fire It’s reliable straight away I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER with it. In my profile picture I’m firing a .45 win mag and it literally hurts to shoot it bare handed It bucks like you would not believe My Desert Eagle doesn’t flip nearly that bad and returns to point of aim almost instantly
Best looking one I have seen was color case hardened. I just couldn't drop $1700 on a handgun with no real purpose other than a range toy. That said I still want one.
Just ordered a Desert Eagle .44 Magnum in Titanium Gold (.50 AE is illegal in my country, unfortunately). Took 1 year and 3 months of hard work and patience before I got the .44Mag license. A shame I won't get to enjoy the power of the iconic .50AE Deagle, but at least I'll get one. Cheaper ammo too.
My friend gives this gun a lot of hate saying its useless but he is missing the point. Its built to be a marvel that is fun to shoot and iconic. Its reliable and accurate and can be used for hunting if you want. It wasn't made for military/police use. Just like sports cars are built to perform not be practical.
I own and often shoots the Desert Eagle. I am very, very hard to impress. And I'm Impress By It's Design. This Firearm Is Well Made And A Well Function Tool. I Enjoy Shooting This Fire Arm. And May I Add! It's Extremely Accurate.
What often shoot.dude mine is my EDC and I go to the rang two times out the month and they are only outside range.mine is in 44mag doses that have something to do with u often shooting it
I'm from germany (hope you can read my english) and we have a verry terrible gun law. The desert eagle in .50AE is a verry rare seen pistol on the shooting range. After 5 years, i finally have this beautifull lady. It is a .50AE with a brushed/satin chrome finish. The receiver and the slide is made from israel (IWI) and he barrel is made in USA (with the picatinny rail and the on bolt muzzle brake). I have mount a 4x leupold scope in silver on the barrel and hogue rubber grips with finger grooves. I had all the black parts polished and chromed. This beast looks great and is f*****g accurate (with hornady 300 grain XTP ammunition). I'm in the german desert eagle shooters club and as i know i'ts the only one in germany in this configuration.
Always been my favorite firearm......ever since i saw one in person in the backseat of my uncle car, waving at me from under the passenger seat. 2ndly from the movie " Menace 2 Society " MC Eighth " made me want it and i'm going to get my full set " 357, 44 & 50......black, chrome & gold !!!
bro, it's mc eiht. it's also 'uncle's car, not uncle car, & 'menace II society", not 2. before getting 3 hand cannons, maybe you should go back to... umm, what dat word be? oh yeah, skool. as long as 'ebonics' still exists, as long as it's spoken, we can't be taken seriously on a global level.
I remember watching this when it came on The Sportsman's Channel. My first experience with the Desert Eagle was in 2015 when I reviewed the new stainless steel model with the integral comp. I bought the test sample after the review and it is one of my favorite pistols.
Exactly. I finally purchased a Desert Eagle when the DE50SRMB Mark XIX was released. Stainless and ported. 👍 I mounted a SIG Romeo4S RDS on an ADM QD low mount. Rings a 10" steel plate 100 yards with boring regularity.
What’s funny is he said name a video game, (desert eagle) it’s in there. Goes to show quite a bit of call of duty ghost gameplay. It in fact did no have a desert eagle in it lol
Hi Steez, the Desert Eagle was designed here and produced in Israel and imported. Currently, we have both American-made models as well as the Israel-made models that are imported. American made models will have serial numbers that start with DE or DK and Israel made models start with a number typically a 3 or 4 and will have stamped on the side made in Israel. These would be the articles that explain our history the best: www.magnumresearch.com/MRI-history.asp en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMI_Desert_Eagle
"If you enjoy hitting your hand with a hammer". Describing the recoil of a 50AE ??? I can think of way more abusive pistol rounds. I don't think that guy shot anything other than 9mm.
That is why I bought two of them, one black and one nickel plated, and when you have both of them in different shades, soooo it’s only obvious you should swap the parts on to each other, and what you get is a two toned Desert Eagle.
I never felt the 50AE was very hard in terms of recoil, especially compared to the 500 S&W. But firing it was glorious and I always felt less angry after shooting each round. :)
The desert eagles recoil systems takes the bite out of the .50 AE. My dad had to get a Smith and Wesson. 500 mag when I got my desert eagle and that thing was definitely a handful when it went bang.
15.50 "Most of them have relative long barrels 8". I would say most of them have 6". Also whats up with the talk about always seeing them in games. The game clips they showed featured no Desert Eagle, why not show a game clip where its featured instead of all these other stuff.
I owned a Ruger .357 with a 6" Barrel. The problem was that it went up to my armpit in my shoulder holster (the only way to conceal it) and I would sweat all in it. Even keeping it cleaned and oiled I still had to have it reblued. But I loved it.
Just got one in 44 mag and mine is black... no interest in having it played unless I do crome or a very minimal red. I suppose I'm a minority who likes the 44 not 50 and non gold.
My 50 cal Desert Eagle, the compensated model is highly accurate. Highly reliable, as long as it is kept clean. Which most gun guys enjoy doing-breaking down the gun after trashing it at the range or the property. The power is obvious but the weight and the slide movement makes it so smooth. Now with Coronavirus panic - I am soooo glad it is there if S*#@ hits the fan.
Insanely accurate(i can hit a 8" gong at 100yds rested on a tree, or with my hand son a plastic table with irons easily, plus its very usable and very fun. They really arent all that heavy when shooting and feeling it and standard 44mag loads recoil like a 40 cal in a full size glock even without a muzzle brake lol. The 50 ae is only bad with hot ass loads. You can get low loads or load your own suprisingly light and get it down to hot 44 mag load range and with a brake its just as low recoil as the 44 mag with a super light load
I shoot 10mm now, but I would love a .44 for larger wild animals in the future. My understanding is that .50 is more powerful and slings out more recoil, but in the common loads .44 still gets deeper penetration. I think a Deagle is the perfect platform for such a round, with counterweight for recoil control and smaller overall size than a big revolver.
