Pixie doesnt have a dodge roll for a good reason, thats just not how it was intended to play, dodge rolls are for getting out of a bad spot in a head on engagement, Pixie was made to be a stealth suit that cant fight in head on engagements, the moment you have the enemies attention you are supposed to run away till you lose them, if they gave Pixie a dodge roll it would just lead to more deaths since people would now be wasting all their boost for a panic dodge that will block one hit of damage and eliminate any chance of getting to safety while the enemies just charge the Pixie down since it cant effectively defend itself since it has no instant stagger weapons

all MS need support to win in any disadvantaged situation, a support doesnt need any help against a raid in a shoot out like how most generals dont need any help against a support in a melee fight. the problem is less the supports need support and more they need their team to actually play, the problem is, instead of the team taking the enemies head on and keeping them in one place so the support can just sit there sniping all day, people like to force the support to be the only frontline unit and will either always be behind it or will abandon it and all try to flank the enemies which never works. each type does also have a role, supports are snipers or at best mid range gunners, generals are usually tanks though theres so many at this point that some fill a bunch of other roles and raids are the stealth/hit and run units, the best ones for flanking that are meant to get in close and hit the enemies with melee while avoiding taking damage themselves by not rushing head on towards the enemy, if you force a sniper to tank its going to die, if you force a tank to do hit and runs its gonna run out of boost and die, if you make a raid snipe its likely not going to be able to do anything cause everything is out of range but when everyone actually does their jobs every role works perfectly, its simple as that
