This is pathetic, cruelty if not wrong. They are exploiting all their employees. That occurs when the state lacks quality employment. Only in Kolkata is such thing possible. 8lacs me 32 people is 25k a month for an owner who takes home 21cr annually. Their employees should immediately ask for much higher raises. This is exactly what the sharks also mentioned. These people lack the ability to build a team and foster the culture, which exploitation would never create

I can understand ki kuch de rahe hai. Par the amount of business they are doing based on their employees' work and the amount they are compensating them is not proportional. Aisa bhi nahi hai ki 100-200 log hai. Easily they can spend more on their employees. But they won't. I think it is a mentality issue. Please think about this as well...
