Dude has always done crazy demanding shit with his voice, and hes still milking the most out of that ol instrument, God bless him and fuck the people shitting on his voice. Think he sounded great in this concert, id pay to see him and glad most the band is back together.
His vocals really aren’t that demanding. He’s just never taken care of his voice properly. You losers always make excuses and I’ll never understand it. You have to create this defensive mechanism to justify your stance.
Went to the show. Sect B row 20. I’ve been to 3 prior shows since they got back together with comparable seats. This was by far the best Axl sounded and looked.
I was there and this is possibly the best concert I’ve been to. Definitely on top. I may have never gotten to see them in their prime since I’m 19 but this was still awesome to experience, always wanted to hear November rain live! Axl didn’t sound bad at this concert like people are saying, he was awesome and so were Slash and Duff, The whole band was!!! That was a huge ring Axl had tho… 😂
Axl has always been one of the most hated front men in rock…if not the most hated. Of course everyone piles on ASAP. G’n’R don’t just play for $$$, they put on a marathon. I saw them in the 90’s & I saw them 2017….Axl killed both shows. Slash was brilliant & Duff is a generational bassist. Haters can kick rocks.
I saw GnR open for Aerosmith in 1988 and also headline in 1991. Great experiences! Those were the days when spectators only held up lighters and if you brought a CAMERA, Axl would dive into the crowd to fight you for it. Very different now!
For Estranged it honestly sounds like Frank is dragging or trying really hard to slow them down. In other words, I feel like the band, as a whole, playing slower would sound different...notably tighter.
Ja os vi nos anos de ouro em 1992 e 2016. Não me arrependo de nada, foram ótimos shows, e este ai parece ter sido muito bom tbém. Fico indignado com este povo que taca o pau no Axl. Aposto e ganho que não sabem 1/3 do que aconteceu com o cara.
Let me tell you what i adore about GNR they rock jeans and they are not skin tight. Axl and slash always have stylish hats. They are as cool as when I was a " "SERPENTEEN "
Been to 4 GNR shows My biggest complaint was that at 3 of them I could barely hear Axl But from the videos I've been watching on this tour that doesn't seem to be an issue
