They all stopped what they were doing as soon as they saw him, some even put their hazards on. Everybody knows that they're out there to have fun and it's better to be safe than to be sorry.
@@Ikaros--- You don't exit your vehicle but if you do you run to the crash barrier and stay behind it until rescue arrives. This also shows how poorly organised the event was. There wasn't a functionary on that corner which there should've been or even a number to call in case of emergency.
@@maxwalsh234 So im guessing you have a second hand phone and clothes that arent imported? Otherwise get of your high horse because your way of consuming products does more damage to the environment on a day than these guys do in this monthly event.
"I dunno if I wanna do Gunsai again." Oh you'll be back, you'll miss it too much. The fear will still be there and you make sure that shifter bolt is extra tight. But you'll be back.
@@__-vb3httorque=power times angular velocity T=300x There is an equation that substitutes the angular velocity using a function of the rpm that would replace X Idk it though What im saying is that rotaries with their high redline do actually generate quite a bit of torque up high. This is why the NHRA has banned rotary engines in the past its an unfair advantage. With a fast 10 speed auto and a turbo 13b you will rule the world
I take an F250 and double axle trailer to track days regularly. My FC tows the trailer with the truck on it, and my tyres go in the tray. That way, if I blow a piston ring drifting the FC, I can still drive home and get a good night's sleep before arranging to transport the FC home. Hasn't happened yet though, touch wood.
4:20 is a perfect example if why I love Japanese car culture, no kids running over with phones screaming, just like-minded enthusiasts making sure everyone is okay and then helping to get the car back on it's feet. All with a smile and a couple of jokes.
That’s the way it is n Europe too! Also in the USA when your surrounding yourself with the correct people. The shouting phone kids usually are of a very specific inner city type…
You now what this is called? a closed off course lol. This is the norm on closed courses... The stuff you're talking about happens when dumb people takes this to public roads.
Almost all cars, that one S15 flipped on its roof, another S14 looked to be smashed on the front. But at least all people were in one piece! No injuries from what we can tell.
This is some serious grassroots style car event, amazing. It probably isn't a bad idea for them to have a couple flaggers in the corners but otherwise a fun looking event.
Been rewatching the beans 86 playlist. Literally a "guys will see this and just think hell yeah." moment. Edit: okay the crash and the gearbox offing itself wasn't very "hell yeah".
The amount of control these guys have to not hit you is seriously impressive! It sucks to be THAT guy, but it was a mechanical error and you handled it well despite the danger of running on the track ;)
This was a much needed video and man when you were stranded my anxiety went through the roof when you was on the road but glad to see everyone do they part
Hello noriyar0!!! I have recently found your channel mabye 2-3 weeks ago and usually i cant find good channels that really show drifting but your actually amazing ive been binge watching your videos with my dad and actually keep up the AMAZING work
I think it's really cool that one of the cycling sports parks in Japan is being used for motorsports too. Hopefully they do a good job cleaning the surface from all the fluids! 😄
Love the video hope the S15 treats you better in the future, you really are lucky no one hit you, I'm pretty sure my heart raced more when your car got stuck in the middle of the corner than when you were drifting.
lol glad dude made it out of that roll ok, thats more than likely decent practice combined with decent build effort there too, along with some serious luck on top, everyone deserves to live to drift another day! glad to see everyone had fun and made it home out there!
New to the channel. As a cyclist, moto rider, and car enthusiast. I had no idea they build roads for cyclist. Dope content and looks like an amazing auto community abroad. Interest is peaked. Cheers mate
Jeez that was a spicy day to say the least. Can't imagine a better unlucky day, considering the most important thing; no one got hurt! You know you will be back to Gunsai some day Alexi! Just gotta make sure that bolt is tight from now on! :)
at least the transmission lives!! man my heart was racing when you were sitting in the S15 waving the cars down, I'm sure I don't even feel half of what you did 😂
Alexi, I dont think i could watcht that again. Gunsai is cursed enough and seeing the carnage results for some and the dangerous circumstances you and your passenger were in when the gearbox went, i felt like i was gonna die and I wasn't even there. So grateful you (and your passenger abd the 15) are safe mate.
If someone is gonna be mad at you for being "that guy" they sure as hell would have been even more mad if they crashed. Shit happens, you handled it well enough considering there are no marshals
That breakdown was soooooo sketchy! I'm glad you made it out fine. I've never seen a shifter flooping around like that, and now I'm glad that's the case!
