Need P51C 200,000xp
Performance
Top speed 450 mph, heavy lockup at 400mph
-inaccurate, should be roughly 500mph rip speed
Turn time is decent, wont outturn ki84 but...
energy retention is insane
-maintain turn fight much longer than previous models
-climbs twice as fast as previous p51s
Comes at a cost
-eats a lot of fuel and fast
-larger fuel tanks 2x 108 gallons
-do I reccomend?
Roll rate is pretty good
Armement wise:
6 wing mounted .50 cals
2 x 500 lbs bombs
Egonomics
Very durable and ergonomic
Engine and fuselage can take lots of hits
Bubble canopy provides great visibility
reticle sight makes leading targets easy
Blue light during night mode is easy on the eyes
Speedometer clearly labeled to prevent over speeding
fuel gages easy to read and next to both sides of seat
3 skins to chose from, pretty cool ones too
-good for flexing
Negatives:
Windshield textures make tracking targets extremely difficult
-especially at night
-cloudy canopy
Tactics:
Climb high at base
Use BnZ tactics - check out my bnz video
-Do not turn with japanese aircraft
-do not immediately climb with japanese aircraft
drag opponents, then climb and perform hammerhead or re engage
Try hard:
reduce fuel to 50% and bring large drop tanks
-if you have energy advantage, you can vertaclly fight opponents
in continuous loop
BnZ is safer option
How to kill P51d
-Turn fight in horizontal
-call reinforcements
-follow in climbs when having equal or more energy
-BnZ
-Do not go head on head
Conclude
One of best aircraft in game
Speed needs correcting
Damage modules still need updating
-I reccomend making aircraft harder to wing clip and more durable
-set on fire to couple engine shots
-Reduce wing fire chance or make seperate hitbox for fuel tanks
-add pilot sniping
-drastically reduce performance of damaged aircraft
