Ingredients:-
Chicken - 500g
For Masala :-
Guntur Chillies - Handful(50g)
Coriander seeds - 1 tb spn
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Whole Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coconut- 1 tsp
Dry roast all the above ingredients in a pan for 4-5 minutes .
Grind into a powder & keep aside.
In a pan add oil, onion, salt and saute it. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and cook it. Now add chicken pieces and fry it for 5-6 minutes, and add curd, water and cook it closed for 15 minutes on medium heat. Then add curry leaves, dried red chillies, and prepared chilli masala and stir fry it for 4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
