Gurr Mint Sharbat Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Gur (Jaggery) 150g
-Water 1/2 Cup
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 1-2 tbs
-Water 1 litre
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) 15-18
-Ice cubes
Directions:
-Coarsely chop jaggery with the help of knife & set side.
-In small jug, add water and basil seeds, mix well and let
it soak for 8-10 minutes & set aside.
-In blender jug, add water,jaggery, lemon juice, salt, mint leaves & blend well.
-In serving jug, add ice cubes, soaked basil seeds and gur mint sharbat, lemon slices, stir & serve!

-Gur ko knife ki madad sa coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay jug mein pani aur tukhme balanga dal ker mix karein aur 8-10 minutes soak ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Blender jug mein pani, gur, lemon juice, namak aur podina dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Serving jug ice cubes, soaked tukh malanga, gur mint sharbat aur lemon slices dal ker mix ker lein & serve karein!
