Ted you have transformed my spiritual path .. I was in tears for years trying to understand myself an never grasped religious concepts .. a year and a half ago I started listening to your videos and now I feel as if my whole life has meaning and direction and I can't thank you enough for the blessing you bestowed upon my life... May your blessings come overflowing In every way 💛🌹
Theodore your works are beautiful, yet simple and straight forward. Same as Gurdjieffs ability to simply speak truth to human behavior. Few do that and fewer yet will buck the system of ignorance Gurdjieff pointed out clearly. He clearly said most people do not want to awaken and that was a profound comment and still is. Thank you Ted for your truth.
This is a real blessing for me on my journey to Christ likeness!🔥 Thank you for all this good teachings, that help me grow on this pathway🙏 keep praying for God's blessings today!🏳️😊 Glory to God!❤️
perhaps the teaching of the man in the mirror is where one find our self, our essence, seeing one's own self reflection or the best definition of intimacy I've heard * into me you see* I have to see me to see you and by seeing you I see me goodness liken a cat chasing his tail. at least one does not get bored appreciate the teachings
very crisp and good explanation of selfremembrance....and also very important about dropping our belief systems when we are able to see it for what it is....
Thank you. Since 2017 I've been seeking these words. The massive inner battle in LAYMAN terms. But a lesson, a valuable one, I'd never heard of him till today, or heard any of his thoughts, I've been on the correct path it seems but the path was busy&bustling, couldn't see the woods for the trees. Thanks again will continue to tune in. Ps the journey continues Jrb
The habit of identification, primarily with the body we were taught to call 'me-I' is deeply ingrained in our psyche. People at all times look to locate 'who is who in the zoo', starting with themselves as the center of the zoo. This is the trap, the prison, we inadvertently have built around us, with the benevolent support of our parents, friends, teachers, and the not so benevolent imposition of the society that treats everyone as a body-mind, a person-ego, centered in a body. What an irrational perspective that we all accept more or less consciously! To call a body [that appeared by itself, it developed to look how it looks today, and changing every moment into something else, functioning all by itself, that helplessly falls in and out of consciousness, and which will one day disappear without regard to our opinion] "I", factually and logically makes no sense. Working on quitting this addiction to self identification and overall identification, is the way out of prison, starting from the factual evidence that one does not cease to exist when identification with anything ceases, like in sleep. We are pure consciousness/awareness/life, not a thing that has life. Life is what we are, manifested as sensations, emotions, feelings and thoughts, from one moment to the next. Life needs no identification to be, to exist; it is the mind that muddles up everything.
I recognized these words from one of your other videos I've watched about 30 times where you crammed 40 years of experience in one hour truly amazing stuff
