With less income you can live better life in Noida. If you have high income you can save more and become more rich in Noida than in Gurugram. It is an individual choice. Do not chase illusion.
This guy is talking about luxury and ultra rich people and his verdict is biased . He haven’t discussed about Noida expressway crowd . He is promoting Gurgoen ….
*Transportation Masterplan of Noida was one of the best BUT later it was ruined by Mayawati by increasing the FAR.* She literally created pigeonholes by allowing additional floors of highrises by mutual understanding with Builder lobby.
Hi Sir, With all due respect, you keep comparing Gurgaon with New York; however, these two cities are poles apart. Gurgaon is an unplanned city in every sense, starting with roads, water supplies, sewage, electricity, and social infrastructure, whereas New York is a planned city in every sense. Greater Noida is a planned city that appears to be developing into the next New York. People have invested crores in flats, but the government has neglected to build the connecting road for decades, so those poor souls are still waiting for appreciation on those flats and are now willing to sell them at a loss but still have no buyers. The corrupt nexus between bureaucrats and builders is so strong that the government is not able to buzz it, which is why incidents like Cintels happen. All the appreciation is on the books because earlier buyers are not able to sell the flats at appreciation or even cost-to-cost, with the exception of a few builders. All the prices are being determined by the primary market, not the secondary market, which is the real market. People are forced to live a compromised life at a high cost due to their jobs. But yes, you are right that this is a market for NRIs who are sitting abroad and have zero knowledge about ground realities. With the implementation of work-from-home policies at multinational corporations and growth in second-tier cities, Gurgaon's reality will find its proper place in the next 7 to 10 years, and Greater Noida could overtake Gurgaon as the preferred city to live. However, cheaper liquor and freshly brewed beer top everything, which Greater Noida and Yogiji can’t compete with…lol
Sir up ke real estate ko depth me cover karo…maine apko phle bh bola ghaziabad real estate…aur ye baghpat shamli side. Thank you. I am from shamli live in ghaziabad.
But IT companies and the lavish lifestyle culture also exists in Noida(not so much as in Gurgaon), won't that work in the favor of property rates in Noida
Sir just curious how you got data of swiggy zomato of noida and gurgaon. I am neither noida ka ya gurgaon ka rehna wala but just looking if analysis is backed by some data?
Aap Bangalore aur gurgaon compare Karo real estate and job opportunities wise , i relocated to Gurgaon from Bangalore but acha nhi lag raha and opportunities bhi kam hi lag rahi hai
Bangalore anytime. I am a Delhite. Still prefer Bangalore with its own problems. Gentry is an issue in Gurgaon. Pollution is another. Bangalore roads are shit but are manageable if you don't need to go to office daily.
Agar apko Noida ka hawa Pani suit nhi kiya, to acha hua ,jo apna job Delhi ya gurgaon nhi ki , agar vha job karta, to hawa Pani feel hi nhi kar pata ,kyoki aap high blood pressure aur dama ka marij Jo ban jata
Sir I have always agreed to your most point I am from haryana but I have researched that Gurgaon is very polluted comparatively Noida is green . Yes money is not everything . In terms of money Gurgaon is better but in terms of peaceful living noida is better. Please don't mind I don't agree with you.
Wow. You're discussing "Social" aspects only. Comparison must be based on infra, investment, FDI, law and regulations, tax structure, future opportunities, industry sectors etc. What you're doing is garbage, it's not comparison.
Sir Raj nagar extension pls cover. I am planning to buy 3 bhk in Ghaziabad or Gurgaon very confused pls suggest. Currently living in Delhi in my own flat.
Actually the most wrong information & fake news is giving by them that , in hotel or in QSR like mc d , Domino's given 30000 salary to his staff or given 50000 salary if u look smart & having good communication skills . But the truth is that salary should be getting very less there , like 10000 -12000 rs . Only manager get 25-30000 & for getting manager he should be atleast 8-10 year of experience & Jobs are also very less in this sector in India because of huge poor population . If u get full time employee who ready to work for minimum 12 hr duty in 10-12000 salary , then why these companies hire to students for part time job. & Also there should be very very less change to increment in salary ,
Are sirji aankhe kholo. How long would you keep your head buried in sand like Ostrich? Gurugram's water exit system , sewage system, electricity, public transport, roads, public hangout places, schools and hospitals can never be compared with Delhi. Delhi will always be a moving target for Gurugram which can never be surpassed. DELHI is DELHI. We hardly experience any power cuts here in DELHI round the year. And everyone knows power cut situation in Gurugram. Your efforts are appreciated but all in vain.
Sir the way u have talked seems Gurgaon is a bubble.. how much how much is nt a good thing.. logic and real value will catch up and make noida more valuable in time.. infrastructure and facilities wise Gurgaon literally sucks..
