Thank for your post. I found it very informative. I am about 5 years into a Kundalini activation. Early on in this process I experienced a lot of bone pain in my sacral area. At the same time there were many upsurges of emotional energy being released. Intuitively I knew this emotional energy was being released from the bone structure. The energy seemed to ascend to the region of the solar plexus and then dissipate.

Ma’am, thank you so much for this insightful video. I have a constant ache in my Talu Chakra for a few months now. I used have a similar pain in my Vishuddhi chakra last year but now it’s my Talu Chakra. I hadn’t even known there was a chakra in this area but looked for all sorts of literature and finally found that it’s known as the Lalana/Talu chakra and that it a mysterious chakra connected to the medulla oblongata. I feel quite drained of energy and sometimes have to leave everything aside just to focus my awareness on this ache which then I’m turn results into sensation in my forehead/ajna and even my anahat chakra frequently or even other major chakras, Bindu or the top of my skull and I call it the ‘good ache’ because these are all good sensations but it’s very active at night,has taken over my life, I’m in my early 20s and I feel like I can’t focus my energies on anything else because this ache is right in the middle of my head. Could I please meet you/ get in touch with you.

When I was in USA, I went into my bank to withdraw some cash. The cashier who was of a french-american origin, very quickly scanned my brain and told information about my personal life that only I would know. At first, I thought she's a starseed but later when I asked, she said that she's a "Satanist". They followed a ritual of connecting with fallen angles using goat skull over a pentagram. I wanted to panic, but I was so done with everything going around me. So I was like sure, sure, why not! She even told me that her tribe is planning to fight for legalisation of Satanism as religion in Texas. For now many schools disallow such expressions but a few have started adopting it where they prefer to place a statue of Satan instead of let's say Mahatma Gandhi. These practices are very effective at workplaces and many of them come prepared with these energies into corporations, which I had to fight HARD. Eventually all of my team-mates fell for the trap of the Shaitaan and cannibalised my old self. As a new self in HIS vessel, I would say that was a good kid. Great character and school grades. I'm proud of him.
U got englightment kundalini is for moksha self realisation it is possible to activate for normal I met many saints yogis they do not recommended this Kundalini it is dangerous

You will fall when your heart chakra is opening...you will develop severe attraction and attachment to your lover. Just the hormonal flux... don't give into it
