I been on a 80s synthwave kick lately. McRocklin been doing a lot of solos for this type of stuff. Check out The Midnight, TimeCop1983, Kalax etc..

For something so retro, I'm actually impressed by the freshness of the modern/nostalgia feeling. Sure this screams 80s in a way, but it is done with a current take, which to me is why it is even more unique and 2020's all the way. The playing is just out of this world, melodic and loaded with feel.

Lmao there is nothing special about this song. Steve is innovating and being an icon. Listen to satrianis not of this earth album, u might like it. There are songs like this but wayyy better

@@thejoker-go3fh I get it. I have listened to Satriani since 1988. I have listened to many. This song is decent. It has an 80's vibe bcs of the synth, but Vai may be innovating playing 2 guitars or guitar and bass at the same time, but that doesn't make his song writing any good. Not a fan of Vai, I prefer solos to actually match the rhythm of the song instead of just display technique. Ακούω μουσική αμέτρητα είδη αλλά κυρίως ΜetaL 🤘 , Rock , κλασσική μέχρι και Ινδιάνικη... Τα τελευταία 25 χρόνια ακούω τουλάχιστον δύο ώρες την ημέρα καινούρια project... Τον τελευταίο καιρό αναρωτιόμουν... Τι άλλο? Έχουν όλα χιλιοπαιχτεί..... Η τεχνική και η ταχύτητα έχουν φτάσει σε τόσο υψηλό επίπεδο που έχει επέλθει κορεσμός ειδικά στους κιθαρίστες.... Και έρχεται ο Guss και λέει όχι ... Έχει κι άλλο .. Βαρέθηκες φίλε τις σολιές τέρμα γκάζι? Πάρε στη μάπα 80s λίγο Garry Moore αλλά με εξελιγμένο ηχόχρωμα και πάρε και γκάζια μέσα αλλά χωρίς να αλλάξει και το στυλ του GUSS ..... Φίλε Respect για όσα όμορφα πράγματα έχεις γράψει όλα αυτά τα χρόνια.... Eπισης λίγοι άνθρωποι μπορούν να συλλαβήσουν με νότες τον τίτλο του τραγουδιού .....
