Actually no. He is gay, has been out and outspoken quite a while and enjoys his time with his boyfriend. He is just not comfortable showing affection on live tv. :)

No way, Anderson is a bit more conservative on some levels. He also has a very serious BF and takes his image into consideration more then Griffin does. That has proven itself in time. Though, the 2 work very well together.

I watched about an hour of the 2018 NYE with Andy Cohen... they need Kathy back. It was so dull and weird. It was hard to believe they're friends in real life. AC seemed authentically annoyed with him.

I feel like Anderson is secretly ashamed of being gay/freaking out his career is over if he looks intimate with a guy on TV. On the other hand, things are easily edited and taken out of context, so maybe he is just being super cautious. But it comes off as being a bit ashamed or insecure in his sexuality :(

Not ashamed. He is just more cautious of his reputation, that's all. Don't think that "ashamed" would be the right word there. Because he knows that whatever he does on camera stays on camera FOREVER. And also he is a lot older so he knows a thing or two about stuff, ya know?
