it's amazing how a song like this can make people feel differently. some are sad, and some, like you and i, are happy. this song is more positive than negative, in my own worthless opinion. it's about someone who has found what they're looking forward and being completely conscious about how lucky they are but how easily it can all go away. my life is great and i hope tomorrow is like today...

It was summer of 2015 and I was in Boston in love with a girl I recently met. We saw Guster on the Boston Commons when they performed this song. We’ve been together ever since and have 2 kids now.
