Most of the prebiotics are found in unripe bananas not ripe, although containing still a small amount.

I have gastroparesis. Hard time eating alot of whole foods

We're so sorry to hear that you have gastroparesis. Digestive conditions can be so challenging, and finding the right diet that works for your body can take time. Although whole foods are extremely healthful, if you find you cannot tolerate them, you have to do what works best for you - that's the underlying principle of bio-individuality! It's always best to work closely with a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, and/or a Gut Health Specialist who can create tailored meal plans for you and your individual needs.

Hi Coach Emma! Yes, you're right; thanks for pointing that out. Prebiotics are a type of dietary fiber which feeds the probiotic bacteria.
