hey I'm having trouble with one of your IBJJF contact representatives who has been trying to make it difficult for me to approve my belt history document. he has mistaken me with another person with the same name that has a different account. he is now actively ignoring my messages and I'm getting pretty frustrated because I have tried to resolve this for 7 days. I've submitted the belt history document over four times, at Maite's request, and now he is actively ignoring my messages. Is there another way to contact the IBJJF aside from the e-mail or the help desk? seems pretty unprofessional to let one person's ego decide the fate of a large company's customer service.
