Thats cause he isn't in the carriage anymore. They removed him from being inside it cause of the lore. Napoleon goes ahead, leaving a group of french and bavarian soldiers (Which is us, the players) to build a bridge to make it to safety.
yes this would be better. So players don't just have to unequip their items just to see their animations/or wait for the message warning you that you're going to slowly die if you fail to seek shelter, and add a bit more depth to the characters
The last part of that theme... feels like you're totally freezing, you can't even do anything with your damn hands... I remember, in Berezina I had that last part of the theme and running from the bridge to church, I was grabbed by Runner and fell of in the water because of him... no one didn't help when I was in the water, trying to take of the runner... but for a moment I tried to breath, got a lot of water in my lungs and runner tore my neck off. I love G&B for those moments, sometimes the game is funny, sometimes it's too difficult, but when the game turns into a terrifying horror, where you can't do anything to save yourself or your friends, you understand what your character is going through before he dies...
Its always so hard to hear this full tune when it usually is full of "AAGH!" "OOHUGH!" "Ooh, AAH, AAAAGH, AAAAAAAAGHHHH!" "BOOM!" *Tack, tack, tack, tack* *Grabbed theme plays* *CS:GO death sound* *Loss theme*
Imagining this soundtrack as the last thing you hear as you slowly succumb to frostbite is (pun Intended) really chilling as your skin will eventually freeze. The only upside is you'll make the cannibals have a hard time eating your frozen body...
I have a concept: I call it the escape of New Zealand. The countries are the Māori, and British. **Māori will have muskets because they were given to them by Australia** Māori will have additional melees like the spear, the spear is like the pike. But the spear is throwable. This will be taken between 1877 and 1864. Do some research cuz I’m not to sure. Zappers will be replaced with wild moas / shambler moas. There will also be some traditional weapons the Māori used. *main goal:* You will start off at the treaty’s present making your way up hills and camping until British reinforcements arrive this will be a *holdout* After that you will be running down the hill to the British ship there will be survivors that will be coming so you will have 3:00to build defences for the remaining survivors if not they will be mauled down by shamblers. If to many survivors die you will fail. When you are done you will be on the ship ready to evacuate. *this is a concept you might never see this in upcoming updates of guts and blackpowder*

this map is one of the coolist maps, but also one of the hardest I think I've played it almost 10 times now, and only got close to beating it once. to many god damn RUNNERS
