He was acting real tough, Then once he got sprayed, he ends up asking for help from the people he tried to rob and assault and intimidate. What a punk.
Have you seen some of the cops that have to get pepper sprayed while going through training and defending themselves and hand cuffing them as their test to be an officer? Shits crazy, there's one guy I saw, it barely affected him at all.
I saw the short version, had to find this! Wouldn't have tried helping the guy that just tried to rob me though, call the cops and have them "help" your new friend.

This dude got more issues than Time magazine. First, what would possess him to think that they're recording him, when he's just driving by?! Over here suffering from main character syndrome. Then he immediately escalates the verbal altercation to assault after attempted robbery. Showing in just a matter of seconds that he is slower than pond water in January with molasses in it and clearly needs multiple types of counseling. He's lucky that he only got sprayed. A lesser man would have put him on his back pockets.
The guy did not have to stop and get out of the car but the guys on sidewalk also dont need to be standing there filming waiting for youtube content because they cant get a real job.
