A few months ago this guy ran a stop sign and almost hit my car. He got out, I got out. He verbally berated me when I pointed out that he broke right of way and almost t-boned me. He was screaming, I stayed calm. He threatened me, I told him he could try if he wanted to. Mind you I'm five seven, guy was probably six three. Big guy too, and not muscle. Anyway, he ended up just calling me pathetic a bunch of times because that's all he had. If he tried anything he would have eaten my hood. I stayed calm and collected, I have fight experience. He was just an angry, entitled suburbanite.

There seems to be no longer a standard in our culture that we can use to evaluate a person's state of mind or good mental health. It used to be a man who supported his family, a woman who cared for the kids and children who obeyed - for the most part - and got taught lessons to learn as they grew. Schools were for learning skills not attitudes. That's all gone now. When immorality is praised, illegal behavior is rewarded and rational thought treated as poison, well, you get this current state of idiocracy.
