I disagree, maybe cardio but i started weightlifting, before that i was very thin, after weightlifting i looked pretty fat due to being bulky, now i dont exercise and good shape again
Fuentes it's not far shaming if you just say "hey your fat, do you want to start losing weight" it is fat shaming if you shame them for being fat such as "fat people are so ugly,fat people should die,your a pig" you know phrases like that, that's harassment but if you just say they are big, it isn't

I actually found it endearing how 'no b.s' and honest and upfront he is. Like, 'oh. you have problem,. I help you solve it'. Someone like him probably does not realize that for many American women, obesity is very much in the mind and has to do with mental issues, abuse, coping through food, and self esteem. It is not as simple as he thinks.

I don't necessarily feel those statements are in contradiction. I think what she was saying is basically: "I want to lose weight, but it shouldn't be a condition of the relationship" which is a perfectly reasonable position for a person to take.
I think what he’s doing for her is really nice...he was teaching her how to be healthier and encouraging her. He wiped her sweat after and gave her a big hug. Nothing about what he is doing is wrong. At least he’s trying to help her.
