John was the kind of guy who just had an impact on people. Seeing his videos even made me want to be a better father after watching him with his son. I didn't know him but you can tell he was a genuinely good guy.
One thing I love about Guy is the fact he makes the most outrageously unbelievable claims and says the most unbelievable stories, but always proves it. Like the 100 push ups thing for example

Collars are good but only if the dog is trained to walk properly with you, if he’s trying to lead all the time than he’s gonna get choked a tad, but overrall just practice on walking with you not leading etc but yeah dogs are the greatest and I don’t know if it’s just me but pit bulls seem to be more sociable and involved w you a lot more and more of babies kinda very needy but wouldn’t trade em for anything. My dog watches TV and actually barks at the screen and gets involved lol

Fouad, consider upgrading the image and sound of your videos from 720p to 1080p. I know it probably means getting new hardware and definitely a heavier upload for each video but, it's worth seeing and hearing you guys better. I love your channel.

American Pitbull terriers range from 20lbs to possibly 60lb Maybe 70lb at extreme cases but those are definitely American bullies. Beautiful dogs but not American pitBull terriers ..a lot of people mislabeled the dogs to sell them as one thing when they're not. I breed American pitbull.. I’m only 18 but I make sure my joints and muscles are real warmed up before the working sets. Jay Cutlers a great example of low injuries and longevity and I’m tryna practice safe training from a young age. Hopefully all goes well.
fucking 45$ worth of trash mcdonalds fast food? god damn dude, if that's what youre doing on a regular basis, you probably could be better off snorting a ton of meth or adderall instead everytime the cravings kick in. shit is disgusting, doesn't taste good and has very poor nutritional value, or in other words, unhealthy af. but jokes aside, i don't understand the cheat meal mentality at all actually. there are a ton of foods/meals, which are healthy or at least not unhealthy and taste delicious. i don't get it. ok wait a second, i get it with sweets and desserts, sure, but i don't feel the need for fast food or really unhealthy shit meals at all. i'd take a good ribeye steak with fried potatoes or whatever over every kind of fast food meal there is any day of the week, not even a question. maybe there are some things like pizza, lasagna and shit, which are somewhat inbetween. but i love pizza and lasagna to death and i don't really consider them "cheat meals", bc if done well those are not actually seriously unheatlhy. just very calorie dense and rich in fats, so definitely wouldn't eat it much more often than 1-2x per week, but yeah that's basically it. i don't see the problem or what the big deal is with these "cheat meals", unless you are a pro BB in prep or something of course. edit: long story short... yeah fouad i'd agree, it's very obvious that you have a very unhealthy relationship with food. you sound like a drug addict and i am a drug addict myself actually. i feel like every person has his own addictions/"drugs" and i very often see the tendency with drug-free people, that they are having problematic/weird relationships to the most basic shit like food, sex, gaming, social media, TV and so on. idk it sounds weird to me, as an actual drug addict, to hear people talk about fast food like a crack head would talk about his next hit. 😅 but yeah i guess, it is what it is, everyone's different, right?

Electric vehicles suck. And they are not good for the environment either. The mining and refinement of the lithium for the batteries are toxic and polluting moreso then any gas vehicle. A diesel or a raptor ford would be a better choice. The 450 hp raptor.

I am old with kids and work a physical job and find time lifting to be when I am happiest. If I had money, I would lift more and have better stuff to do it. Fuck ya.
