Most people who react to Guy on the voice thinks he’s one of the contestants but he’s one of the judges. He won the first Australian idol in 2003.

Me again. Seriously this guy is top 1% voices in the world. Sadly he's not that well known outside Australia. Been following his career since Australian Idol which he won. Lots of great covers but his original music is sooooo good. I feel you'll love battle scars with Lupe fiasco but his studio version is insane.

Guy writes and sings straight from the heart. It's not unusual to get goosebumps, breathless and teary-eyed when listening to him. That just what happens when you witness one of the best singers on the planet. Keep enjoying and sharing Guy! He's a legend here in Auatralia, but the rest of the world has been missing out!

USA here 1st time hearing Guy : un believable how good believer is .Consider me a number 1 fan , and if he ever gets anywhere near North Carolina USA I’m there . Also seems like a cool dude from interviews . I’m a veteran United States Marine Corp , been too a lot of places and have heard and seen a lot of talented people. He’s the best I’ve ever heard or seen period . Thanks for the reaction , Harry

Guy is such an amazing musician. His song writing is so meaningful, his delivery is always perfect and Guy always finishes a song beautifully. He is a funny, humble and amazing man. I am proud he is an Australian!

Guy recorded this as part of his brilliant TRUTH album and dedicated this to his wife, Jules. He sang another song for her on that album, Who I Love that is absolutely beautiful. Most of the songs related to struggles people he loves have had and included Choir (for his friend who took his own life), Standing With You (for a relative fighting depression) and In A World, a song dedicated to his children. He has an incredible ability to write from the heart and sing from the soul. Very talented singer and musician.

To go back in Guy's career, have a look at 'Angels Brought Me Here' this was the song that was written for the winner of Australian Idol season 1 which Guy was the winner of. The 2 finalists were both given the song but only the winners version would eventually be really put out to the public. Preferably look at the original version NOT the version he sang on American Idol as by then he had made some vocal changes to it (which are still good) but I always like to hear the original version first

You should definitely check out guys recent live performance on the voice of his new song,-“I chose good” that one would leave you amazed. He does some pretty cool tricks with his voice that are kinda astounding. But the best song of heard him sing that showcases his amazing vocal agility,is a cover song,played live,on a radio station segment,called “Like a Version” . The song is called “Keeping Score”, & it will blow your socks off.
