I’ve tried many fried rice recipes and by far this is the best tasting. Full of flavor❤ Just to add, for future kindly mention which step is done on med or high heat. I know you mentioned steaming the rice on low heat but the other steps I winged.
Wow that's awesome happy it turned out great, as far as other temp. I usually cook the veggies on medium/ high heat want it to quickly fry and not steam.

I’ve tried this recipe with white rice as well as basmati rice. Personally I prefer the basmati rice too. It just brings a different layer of flavour to this great recipe.
