Good night, Bhougie and family. That's an outstanding fish curry. It's really looking nice, very appealing to the eyes. Brother Bisham did an awesome job at cleaning the fish. That curry is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. You are an excellent cook. Everything that you have cooked is always deliciously looking. Thank you for the shout -out. It's really appreciated, and it's my pleasure to watch and support your platform. Have a wonderful night guys ❤❤❤💪💪💪💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾

Hello my beautiful guava bush couple nice curry i.cook.that today but I cook it with coconut milk besham you can clean.and.wash.fish good bai it look good enjoy guys
Looks great and is very similar to how my mum and I cook fish curry. I tend to put the tomatoes in when I fry the masala so they aren't looking at me when it's done, and I can't find green mangoes easily in the UK so I use a courgettes (zucchini?). Plus we tend to use red fish or red snapper rather than tilapia due to the size, but your tilapia is huge! A bit of lime sour on the side and it's one of my favourite meals 🙂
@truecauseofchaos Thank you. I used the red fish too, but in stew. Try the tomatoes at the end, Roma tomatoes if you get it. It gives that sour taste. 😊
HI ITS GOOD TO SEE YOU FRY YOUR FISH BEFORE COOKING YOUR CURRY ITS SO MUCH BETTER AND HAS A GREAT FLAVOR AND HERE IS NO RANK JUST FLAVOR WHEN IT HITS THE MASSALA GOOD WORK😊
Hi Faro and Bisham how are you guys doing?I'm am following you guys now just saw you on RU-vid 😊Happy for you keep doing what you are doing and share your nice recipes. Make our Guyanese people proud all over the world ❤❤XOXO
@shwetasakiraju8696 I bought it premade. If you live close to a westIndian store get the one name Indi garam masala. I will make some of my own soon. I will make a step by step video.
@@GuyaneseABROAD That would be fabulous if you make it. The homemade ones are fresh, and the aroma is wonderful. Whenever I use coriander powder, I always grind it fresh in the coffee grinder. I use a coffee grinder for spices :) I am so glad we found your channel. Kids and my mom say hi! :) FYI at the Indian grocery store I do buy garam masala and I am curious to see if yours would be the same.
Don't agree with your statement, Guyanese people who don't know to cook will cook like this I am quite sure that fish is rank but they don't know better.
We Guyanese wash the fish with lemon (I wash all protein with lemon), but it's not really necessary if it's going in the pot. I'm sure this tastes great and won't have any rank smell!
