GW2 ABANDONED SKYSCALE EGGS A New Friend (Part 1) 

GW2 unlock the new skyscale achievement and find abandoned skyscale eggs as part of A New Friend achievement, well, part 1 of that collection! Shoutout to the wiki and community as you were much faster than I on this, and I appreciate the ability to cross-check if i had them all, which I did not! Timestamps below;
*This Unlocks the Skyscale as part of the Secrets of the Obscure Expansion*
This is easier and cheaper to get than the LWS4 skyscale but you will have the SOTO Mastery Tracks. I am under the impression it works as such;
If you get the skyscale through SotO, you will have the masteries from SotO.
If you get the skyscale from LWS4, you will have those masteries.
If you do both collections ,you get the special boosted masteries
