Every year something happens on April 1st in Lions Arch, I went to check out what the new things was and I stumbled upon this!

That's a great question and the thing I struggled with most when I was new. I'm planning to make a vindi guide in the next few weeks where I'll talk in depth about how to stay alive. In the meantime just know that you get health from battle scars and can get life steal from hammer 4. You also heal when you swap from Viktor to Archinorous in alliance stance (F3). You can also spam toggle the Urn on alliance for constant heals. If you're having trouble staying alive, start each fight on your defensive legends and try to focus on staying alive first and foremost!
